Very nice bar amazing music , if you can book a table first, the staff was very kind , the prices are good for Dubai double than Europe

Whats interesting is that I didnt even visit this venue. I simply emailed them to ask about outdoor seating and happy hour options.The tone of the reply that I received told me everything that I needed to know. I wasnt surprised because I had read the negative review posted here before contacting them. But I thought of checking anyway.Being an intuitive person, I can feel energy and vibes even through digital communication.This was the sentence in their reply that didnt resonate with me: Please note Galaxy has no outdoor area as well as no promotion or happy hours are available in our establishment.Is this the professional way to speak to a customer whos interested in visiting a bar or F&B venue? I dont think so. It sounds very arrogant and unnecessarily formal.Glad that I can feel energies and choose where to go wisely.

Great interior with a disrespectful management. High and entitled people working that dont value paying customers. Extremely disappointed with our experience last night. Hisham doesnt have the decency to speak to customers and knows NOTHING about hospitality. On 2 counts he wronged us. The vibe of the place was fun, dont get me wrong. But if you want to go to a place that doesnt treat you with respect and decency because being on a power trip gets them high, go to Galaxy Bar.
