The cafe has a good location inside the Ritz Carleton hotel in Dubai international Financial Center known as DIFC.The food and drinks menus are varied. The food taste and presentation is nice.The place was almost full. The people working there are polite and attentive all the time but sometimes they ignore your call to leave to another.Price are reasonable compared to what you get. It is not cheap a table for two can cost around 500 AED.

Solid fish and chips, good atmosphere and good drinks.I’ve been here for some lunch and the food was freshly prepared, even though the taste could’ve been more intense, especially the coating of the filet.The fries have been good and the dips sufficient, even though for the amount of fish, the gravy could’ve been more.Apart from hat, everything was fine, even though the taste want recognizably better than in other places.

I love the the 1900 vibe of the place. Very hemingway. paired with the jazz music and general ambiance. It will prove to be an amazing evening for a business meeting or a friendly gathering.I would recommend the grilled calamari

I think this is one of the best brunches Ive ever been to.Very funny place with music (only pity that you cant dance((() with delicious food, drinks and ambiance (they have aperol spritz in house package :) hhh which is big plus for me). Service is for sure outstanding as well. Recommend for birthday or just fun time with friends!

If you are looking for a place to try mussels and french fries, belgian style (moules/frites) then this is the right place. I love their white cream mussels (cooked with champagne, but you can request the chef to make it without the champagne if you want). The crème brûlée is very good too. Bistrot vibes, nice ambiance.

Great place. The seafood is fresh, the service is good. Samson was polite and courteous. Classical music. Its nice to relax in such a place. I will definitely come back again. I recommend it !!!

Extremely rude and un professional staff and management too.Went with friends to have a drink & no one told us about the minimum charge, and they rudely insisted that they told us while they really didn’t.When I asked for the manager he supported his staff and assumed that she told me while she didn’t.Although it’s a miss understanding maybe from my side, but it was handled very unprofessionally by the staff and the a. Manager.

Ordered steak medium cooked. It came cooked well done. Complained to the waiter about it being over cooked. He preferred to argue with me that Im wrong instead of replacing it (which he didnt). I ate it anyway and wasnt even good. The place was nice though.

We went for a brunch. Im a desserts-first kind of gal so to have the desserts table welcome you once you enter the restaurant was a plus! The welcome bubbly was excellent. it was so good that husband had another go at it. the food selection was large and varied and all looked divine. the grilling station was one to queue up for - huge portions of tiger prawns and lobsters! the vibe and ambiance was classy and lively but not intimidating. the place was packed but the waiters were very prompt to take/deliver your orders. i love the fact that despite the crowd consisting mostly of young professionals, youd still be comfortable taking your family, especially your toddler, with you. the other guests didnt raise an eyebrow when my tot threw a fit, neither did the staff. the band played good jazz and the vocalist was a wonderful performer. Louis the manager was a very friendly and accommodating host!

I live in the building, and honestly I wouldnt come back. I was here to watch the Belgium-Italy quarterfinal game at the Euro 2020s. 15 min of the game was missed due to staff unable to find the tv remote, and the management not only didnt apologize, they decided to kick us out ahead of the time the table was reserved for.Overall, the service was ill-equipped, and extremely slow. The food was good, but none of it mattered in context. Watch your football elsewhere, especially at their price points.

Went for the Friday brunch. Nice location being outside, it’s still cool even though we are in the warmer temperatures. Only down fall is the outside is smoking all over. It would be nice if places started to separate smokers from non smokers even if outside.Eating and having others people second hand smoke blown all over you constantly is just gross.

Came here for a brunch with my friends. The food options are absolutely insane and the quality and taste are so good. They also have entertainer which is cool. Even in summer the outdoor section has coolers and totally doable. Food ranges from sushi to oysters, Indian food to tempura, Italian, seafood...the list is endless. Did I mention the dessert options are endless?

The seafood starters are fboulus, once you get them. Till you get them incl. drinks takes time. :-)Service staff is very friendly but as well very very slow.....Ambience is average but certainly not spectacular unless you are fancy watching high class working ladies walking in and out.

I absolutely love going to this place in the evening where you have some good music and you can indulge in some cherry beer, this time though to try out the business lunch, wonderful selection at a decent cost.Food was wonderful especially the seared bass, tried the signature dessert you will not be disappointed

One of my favourites and if you can get to sit in the outside area (not the sunken garden) it’s always cool even during summer. Extensive drinks menu, food is great and the brunches are also great quality, a bit higher on the pricing side of the equation, but consistently good.

We came there to have some seafood. Oysters were fresh but smaller than before. Plato of seafood we ordered contained many types of shrimps, shells, etc. But one mussel was full of clay! It was disgusting! We called manager and they presented us our drinks to apologize. As for me it is unacceptable for place in 5 star hotel. You should better check the food you serve!

Good modern bistro with an elegant yet relaxed atmosphere. The food menu whilst not extensive, has something for everyone and the food has never disappointed and has always been very good. The mussels are a must try as is the octopus!The staff are always attentive and helpful. On certain days they have a musician performing, so ask when you call them.

Whats there not to like? Fresh seafood (try the seafood players of fresh sushi, oysters, shrimps, crab legs and octopus or the super fresh lobster) friendly service (Thanks, Carlos!) nice cozy setting and fabulous live music. Will definitely return to try the famous Belgian mussels which unfortunately, were not available tonight.

Bad service. Went for the brunch. At one point we waited 45 minutes to be served. Ridiculous. Used to come here a lot with friends, guests and family, but there are now better places to go.

The food as usual was really good however it was not the first time I found the service very poor and rude.

Terrible Customer Service.Poor Knowledge on Products.Extremely pricy but would not complaint about it if the service was matching.We ordered a couple of Strawberry Belgian beer (85aed a piece) and they opened on the table and left. We had to ask for glasses. We felt we were at a pool bar not at a restaurant at one of the most prestigious hotel brand(Ritz-Carlton)Small details like we had to repeatedly ask for lemons for our water.We used to go years ago at cafe belge, being Belgian it was very convenient to eat my food when you are home sick but I don’t know if they Change the Chef or cost cutting but the quality dramatically dropped and the price went up how ironic is that.We end up not eating there and went somewhere else.If you are after a place to meet up and have a drink or Shisha it might be ok if you are happy to pay premium price for poor service.Looking for another place to have my Belgian food and drink craving.

The hostess that received us at the door was unprofessional, not friendly and very rude. It had happened many times almost every time we visit this place. I am from Belgium and I was just trying to feel home, but definitely never going back to this place again!

The stylish café belge used to serve good food. I recently went back. The food was terrible. The soupe à lonion had nothing to do with an onion soup. And the burger omg. I had the worst burger of my life at the ritz carlton. I looked around and realized all the staff has been sacked and replaced by what seemed to be a lower cost labor. Shame, cafe belge is no longer what it is used to be.

We tryed friday brunch and it was gr8. Beside wide seafood stations which was very fresh and tasty there was lot of other variety of food meat, pasta and indian station as well. Wide selection of deserts and good selection of drinks. Stuff was very professional and pleasant. Definitely worth to try.

We came here last night on the 19.11 Around 10pm - I used to come here very often before pandemic . But what an awful service I wish I knew the name of one of the waiter . We waited on those high tables in the entrance to be able to get a table outdoors once they got us a table out we had only one drink but this waiter came right after we finished and kicked us out of the table saying there is other guest that will drink and eat because we were only feeling like having one drink . Evry 5 min he was coming to our table asking us to leave the table if we weren’t gonna order anything else. I brought my friend there I felt embarrassed how we were treated. Why he would place us on this table to move us 40 min later since we didn’t make other orders yet. I have been coming to café belge for few years I’m really shocked about the customer service last night . I never write reviews but this made me so so upset.

Absolutely disappointing! The music was so loud that it was impossible to have a conversation at the table, besides it was impossible to understand one word of the waitress. This is not a Café, this is a Disco! The noise level kills any atmosphere. Food was Ok, service was ok - nothing more, nothing less. Overall certainly not what one would expect from a Ritz Carlton. We will not be back

I recently had a quick lunch at Cafe Belge and to be honest wasnt expecting much. However I was pleasantly surprised. The food was beautifully presented and delicious. My caesar salad, was fresh and the dressing not too overpowering, followed by a juicy burger but the best was the delicious flaky pastry of the apple pie for dessert! Service was good even though it got very busy and the vibe in the restaurant is relaxed and chilled.

Good food, very good sortiment of drinks and beers, nice environment with theme nights, reasonable priced menu....the only downside is service. During our visit we needed to stand from our table to get some attention of the staff. Looking forward for brunch about which I heard a lot of good feedback 👍

Classy place with amazing food

I went for brunch at Cafe Belge and was blown away at all the selections. There was a huge dessert section, seafood and sushi, breads, cheeses and several cooking stations. The food not only looked good but tasted amazing. The staff was very attentive, engaging and friendly from the hostess, servers and managers. I am not a fan of brunches but this is someplace I would certainly go again!!

One of the best place in dubai

I just had dinner with my family at Cafe Belge, their mussels were cooked to perfection. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. It is quite crowded on a Friday evening and the environment is great. The manager checked up on us every now and then even though the area was basically filled with people. I would definitely come again.

Very nice place, excellent food. My favorite is vague burger. Its a little bit pricy, but its completely worth it.Very nice place, good vibrations. Its a kind of a bar, but in the same time fancy.They also have ladies night on Tuesdays with free drinks.I would really highly recommend it.

Went with my group of friends. The food is phenomenal, portions somewhat small, but that’s common in these upscale restaurants. It’s affordable with the Emirates discount, but otherwise will price you out of a casual evening.
