I had visited Uomo Boss in Dubai outlet mall. The manager by the name- Yusuf is very rude. He is only polite once you purchase, after that he doesnt even care what happens after that. I got a suit there by wouldnt recommend unless management takes care of this, keep employees who are more friendly and pleasant.Overall Good Brand. But the attitudes of the employees needs to be changed. Especially the ones at the drivers seat.

I have been UOMO Boss Brand loyal past 3 years and have been purchasing my formal attire from the outlet mall franchise ever since. The brand stands for impeccable fit and professional quality so I have been trusting the brand and recommending to my office colleagues.Unfortunately, I bought the offer suits, 2 for 1400/- on 22nd October 2016 and after 1st wear, one of the suits started bobbling (without wash- just after wear). I went to the outlet and raised my concern. The Store Manager conveyed his message through the receptionist that he will revert to me on the phone. Very Rude. I patiently, walked out of the outlet and waited for the Store Managers call. It was the National Day weekend and I never heard back from him ever. In dismay, I tried calling again at the outlet but the receptionist replied that the Store Manager is busy and he will call back (I heard him tell the receptionist say that). That was 4th December and today...I called the outlet several times but did receive a single call from their side. It is not just disheartening but rude. An example of BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. Its not just about selling some suits but building a brand.BAD CONSUMER SERVICE. RUDE STORE MANAGER. ZERO PROBLEM SOLVING.

Very rude boss... i bought a shirt for my husband as a gift so i removed the price tag and when my husband tried the shirt it was loose for him so he wanted to exchange the size..i showed them the bill i got 4 days back but they were not ready to exchange as they said that the price tag had some bar code as well...which i believe could be found on their system if they tried to find but nobody helped...dey just refused to exchange it...every company on this earth allows to exchange if the price tag is not there as alot of people remove the price and then gift but this company is not one of them...

The most worth fake brand by name ummo boss parody to Hugo Boss!! Bought the suit which torn after one week and they didnt change it to me!!! And this small salesman with nasty smell of smoke which swears all the time that, this is italian!! this is BULLSHIRT!!! the worth wishes to this fake brand
