It was my first time doing this as I am not that familiar on how it works. But because of how accommodating their staffs are and how punctual they are on the time requested for delivery, I must say, I think Ill be a regular. 🥰 Thank you for a hassle-free transaction. 2 star for the taste the cake had.. if ur expecting a delivery for your party, even when it is ordered 24 hours in advance... they are the least reliable!! Delayed delivery, with melted and scraped corners. It was the worst looking for their guy to deliver the cake, while all your guests are kept waiting.The senior staff at the bakery knows nothing about customer service.. and probably all your comments are towards the same persons attitude. Please do something about it.. unless he is the one responding and looking into reviews too!! Its like they r doing a favour by selling the cake. FIRST TIME AND NEVER EVER AGAIN!!!

Good service over the phone, the trufle chocolate birthday cake looked absolutely gorgeous but alas the sponge within was very dry and had negligible chocolate. All you felt was eating some dry bread. What a disappointment. With good looks outside, if the cake that you eat should melt in your mouth, but we did not get that.

Awesome cake !!! lovedit !!!I was confused at the counter for what to buy and the sales guy suggested mango cake !!!I was like lets give it a try but i was cure it wont be that good !!!But to my surprise !! it was one of the best cale i ever tried !!!Mahn !!! that was sooo good !!!Even though i was full after a mutton biriyani meal this cake was like amazing even on a full tummy !! definitly try it !!!

I bought a choco red velvet cake for my friends kids and they loved it. The cake was tasty and even after keeping the cake in the fridge for about 2 hr it still had the freshness. Most of all the cake was not over sweet which happens almost all the times when bought from shops..

I had so much fun at CakeWalk Bakery in Karama Area. They have a wide selection of cakes and pastries that I truly love. I am a fan on their Pistachio- Berry cake, Ferrero Rocher cake, and Choco Red Velvet Cake. Their place is spacious and relaxing. Their staff were also accomodating. More powers to Cake Walk Bakery.

My Christmas doesnt go well without picking their plum cakes.. I have been regularly buying plum cakes from here and is a great fan of their marzipan sweets .... Its a bit pricey but worth!.

It was very bad experience. Called the shop on yesterday at noon, the staff answered the call was very rude and so much of demanding for the order upon inquiring. However me & wife visited the Shop in the evening and at the counter also with same issue and realised probably was the same guy attended the call. It was 6.25pm while me & wife deciding of our order the counter staff was disturbing us a lots in very arrogant manner that we should be fast and which even he was confirming us the last order will be at 8pm. I had to even explained him that there is enough time and lets us discuss and decide.But he was not really professional at the position the way he behaved and approached.However, The order was done (No:28962) and confirmed the delivery by 10pm and it was great delivered on time. But, found the Birthday message was not written which made another issue and our arrangements was spoil as we were delayed of travelling as waiting for another delivery of Birthday message after the complaint.That was not ended at last there were no Brand name (Cakewalk) on the cake and its really frustrated. You may track all the details from the order number and the service is UNACCEPTABLE. Very poor level of staff quality of behaving with customers.

All types of cakes, Custom cakes, quiches, muffins, shortbreads available. Business meetings happens over slice of sweet. Honey cake, red velvet cake, peanut butter cake and fruit cake are my favorite. Nice ambience. Friendly staff. Must visit place in Dubai.

I ordered a red velvet cake, the taste is an average rating only, the cream is good. I give only 2 stars because there is no card payment option at the time of home delivery and the cake is not in shape which I ordered and there is no cakewalk decoration also. And writing also not good.

Cakewalk is one of the hidden gems of Dubai. The shop offers a wide range of cakes and pastries options. I visited the place for a dessert treat after I had my dinner, and I was truly impressed! I tried several cake flavors including their fruit cake (if I was not mistaken), chocolate cake, macaroons, and my favorite of them all was the baked cheesecake.Aside from cakes and pastries, they also offer hot snacks and coffee, perfect for those who are not that into sweets. I got to try their chicken puff and it was the bomb! The puff was perfectly cooked, crunchy and savory. Kudos to the chefs!The place was very spacious, perfect for large groups. The only thing I notice that wasnt that commendable during my visit was the ambiance of the place. Given that it was very spacious, they should consider playing some music to atleast set the mood and for the customer to not feel as if the shop is empty.Overall, it was such a lovely experience and I would definitely come back for my sweet cravings!

Of all the cakes we have tried, Ferrero Rocher was the star for me. The cakes were perfectly made and its like heaven in your mouth.The chicken and vegetable rolls were also tasty and fresh. The macarons were awesome too!We also had cappuccino which perfectly complemented the cakes.Cakewalk deserves to be recognized because they make really good quality and yummy cakes for every occasion.

Spacious beautiful outlet with extensive choices of cakes and savory. Visited here on a early evening , tried mango cake, Choco red velvet cake, tiramisu, Ferraro rocher and in savories we had chicken puff, chicken quiche and samosas with some piping hot latte. The service was quick and each of this was very fresh . Loved the Choco red velvet the most and so was the mango cake . Tiramisu was amazing too . Chicken puff was crisp and delicious every bite and the samosas were delectable . Be it a occasion or just another day for a meet , this is a place of choice for sure ! Don’t miss the Choco Red velvet !

The taste was moderate, especially compared to the price. However products were fresh and looked good visually.

I cant understand how they have so many positive reviews , they feel in a simple task of delivering a cake undamaged, they sent the cake in a motorcycle in the middle of July with cover is stuck on it and the driver said its a hot weather, its really bad attitude and management, so I cant comment about how doest it taste!!!!
