Be careful of the quality of products they sell..They sell damaged products and they do not allow returns, refunds or exchange. Make sure to inspect every piece you purchase before you pay for it.I purchased a pair of shorts that had manufacturing damage. I did not realize it at the time when I was at the store. I went back to exchange it and they refused to do for the reason that it can be repaired. I would understand this if I am buying a product from a discount outlet or an overstock store.... Terrible product and terrible customer service.Avoid them, there are much better products and shops around!

We happened to buy a suit from outlet village branch.The Filipino female staff is very rude and arrogant.No respect for children.The clothes were nice though.The male staff was reasonably humble but the female staff needs immediate replacement.She would damage the business profile if left untamed.

Its a good store, always have something new. We usually visit the one in the mall of the emirates, but there are other branches also. We bought some very nice suits from there. Its quite pricy, but of good quality

Horrible store, the staff and the manager Mr. Yasin is very rude and has no respect for customer needs. He blatantly asked us to leave and not come back. What a rude behavior! Please never visit unless you are desperate.
