Very bad service. A copier machine from them (KYOCERA) is down since may 2017 and didnt able to repair till today. Very poor follow up and poor machine. Had issues in the day one and they able to correct it only after a year. The machine is still under warranty, They want to charge half price of the machine as the cost of consumable!! . Regret to having the machine.
