Everything started out great. Super friendly and attentive. Furniture was taken away and brought back in a terrible state. They had sprayed the leather instead of recolouring it, the wood repair was poor and the spray had gone all over the wood. They actually missed parts of the leather too and pulled varnish off the wood by ripping the masking tape off.Now suddenly the friendly and attentive customer service has evaporated. The salesman refuses to pick up the phone or honour his promise of putting the mistakes right.If you have valuable furniture, I do not recommend this company. You will be disappointed like me.By the way - the five star review from Sheas - he’s the salesman.

I just got my recliner sofa set reupholstered by them and they did a great job and delivered it yesterday. Their customer service has been really good and have been patient with showing me samples and helping me decide. Good works guys ! Will review in a few months on how it lasts

The worst service ever. Complete time westers. Came for inspection the furniture and since 10 days did not answer the phone or whats up.Dont waste your time. Read the rest of the reviews.

I had my motorbike seat redid at leather master and they were excellent. The only reason I gave them 4 stars was because they didnt have much of a variety of leathers to pick from in-house and I wouldve had to wait a few weeks before they got anything I wanted. If you find the leather you like I house however, theyre very professional and fast.

Highly recomand ,professional job and excenlent serviece, my favorite couch had been destroyed by my pouch badly, but they had done very good job to fix it. Thanks very much .
