Worst service ever!!!! Paid 200AED to change the leather of the handle , and this was what I came back to .Starting from the receptionist they could not identify color difference , spent hours asking them to identify color and they could not.Owner so rude!!!!!!!!!! Never go there if you value your money.In reply to your response :1. I left my arms rest to be done within 24hrs , it was never done until I got there by 6pm . Was so badly done also.2. You and your receptionist I repeat could not identify color , I spent more than an hour for your team to identify the simple color in my car and all refused saying I should identify it myself even when the car is in front of you . Finally we agreed a black color , and what did you do ? Does that look anything like black to you ? Attached is my chart with your receptionist or you .3. I spent 1 hour location your office that has a wrong google map , my wife spend hours doing same the next day and you guys could not good a good direction . I spend over 1 hr asking your team to decide a color .4. I did not talk rude to any lady, I have a wife and kids and I don’t talk rude to any. I am simple saying the truth and I will say it anywhere . You have the WORST SERVICE EVER!!!

As you can see in the before pictures attached, my car was really in a bad shape. The interiors were totally destroyed due to rough use and no care. I tried changing the seat covers and getting it done from other locations too but nothing was coming upto my satisfaction.Then i got Sajids contact details from Google and visited auto comfort.Below are some of the qualities that i loved about this service:- Sajid is a very reasonable person to talk to. Gives a verity of options in different prices ranges while letting you know that quality comes with a price tag.- I was apprehensive about giving my car for the entire day so he gave me other solutions too on that.- The time commitment was brilliant. I gave my car at 9:00 AM in the morning and was told that it will be ready by 7:00 PM. I was there at 7:00 PM and the car was ready.- Sajid gave his personal suggestions on what might look good and what not. I was really happy about the design and the color pattern he selected for the car seat covers.A very professional and friendly service was provided. Excellent service from auto comfort. For me, it was re-upholstery work on my L shaped Sofa. There are varieties of colors which we can choose from their catalogue. Pick up was done as per agreed date and time. Delivery was made two days earlier. Before delivery, they ask us to visit their workplace to ensure that we like their work. High quality work and service at most affordable rates. They are prompt in replying calls and demonstrated responsive.

I contacted Autocomfort for upholstery of my 7 seater recliner sofa, and I am very happy with the result. They have a wide range of sofa materials with different colours and price range depending on quality of material. They are prompt to respond on whatsapp. It took 12 days as they promised and 2650 dhs for the 7 (3+2+2) seater. My sofa looks brand new. I would recommend this service to all who think of upholstering their pre loved furniture👍👍

Auto-comfort repaired my torn driver seat on my Mitsubishi Montero Sport and it now looks better than the original seat.

We were looking to give our sofa a new life after it was battered and tattered for the past 4 years and some of the quotes I received from other companies were ridiculous (in excess of 7k). So as I was looking around I came across these guys.As with anything in Dubai, I was extremely skeptical so I decided to visit them. I looked at some of their stuff and to be honest it looked decent but I was still skeptical. The gentleman I met showed me and array of fabrics and leathers to choose from which obviously varied in price but I decided to go for the cheaper option as we don’t envision to keep the sofa past another year or so.Anyway, I took the plunge, paid the deposit and I was at the point of no return. After waiting for a few days anxiously, I was told my sofa was ready and I could come and see it or they could deliver it which was a nice surprise. I was just expecting a phone call saying we are going to deliver it now and you like it or lump it but the guys were really good and went the extra mile.Overall, I was very satisfied. Could the sofa have been better? Yes, if I’d chosen a more expensive leather like they had suggested in the first place but as I was a skeptic I didn’t want to splash out too much. Overall, great guys with a good level of workmanship. Would defo use again and I would recommend hands down.
