Its really the best place to test and renew your car and motorcycle...Open 24 hrs and super fast service..You can do the testing here...do service is required like changing tires...do the insurance and renew your vehicle..Those bikers owners you can do the same for your bike here. Not many places got bike testing facility.

This years visit was also good. Passing took around 8 & 1/2 minutes. 15 minutes to reach the counter for payment for passing. This year took the option for the quick insurance counter and faced some issues as the staff was not very helpful they gave limited i.e only 3 companies names as options for insurance, their credit card machine was not charged so had to swipe again for same transaction. It took around 35 minutes to get the car insurance renewed. Then to renewal counter which was also quick and it took around 12-14 minutes. Overall the process was finished in about an hour, which is quite acceptable. Last year visit was more faster as quick insurance option was not used. Overall The service is great. The process is fast and effortless. The arrangements for the visitors is good. The ambiance is nice and the staff very helpful.

Yes its true quick service

Literally just Quick Registration and vehicle passing - the whole thing takes like 15-20min for the most part unless you have issues with your car. I would avoid going in the evenings between 6-8pm though, because of the large crowds at these times.

I rarely give low stars but the guy at the reception was very rude (night shift)... Felt like he was jealous or angry that why an expat is buying a good car and asking information about a good 4 digit number....I couldnt buy the number but when I asked him the question, he rolled his eyes and asked which car am I buying... When I told him, he gave me a smirk and said yalla yalla move on.... I was shocked at this attitude...

-We visit the quick registration office once per year & mostly we build our experience if it is good or bad, on a max of 5 min interacting with the employees.-I found the reception not helpful, leak of product knowledge & employee not providing full proper information, not friendly, not smiling, no contact eyes, zero customer service, which sound no respectful & arrogant.-The system was down twice when I visited.-The mix of employee nationality will help to get better service.-I do not recommend that office specifically to any one.

Staff in this place were very rude and not friendly. They are not even smiling at people. When I was waiting for my vehicle license at one of the counter, it was thrown at me by the customer service agent (though I was seated opposite to him). This sort of behavior will tarnish RTAs goodwill. I think the staff here should get some serious customer service training. Apart from this I was able to receive my service on time.

This Quick Registration Centre is now closed permanently. You have to approach CARS testing centre at Deira or Tasjeel Centre at Qusais for vehicle testing. Number plate changing go to Diera main office - Oppst of Terminal 2 air port.

Money ripping business going on here.Because they are running car repair garage inside, they will try to fail your car on even the slightest issue they will find.If the number plate is not 100% straight, even with a small wave in number plate they will fail your test and then ask you to buy plate there.If any of your indicator, tail light cover plastic has a smallest of hairline crack, they will fail your test.If you car glass window is working slow, they will fail your car test.I saw almost every 3rd car after my test was given absurd reasons to fail the test and then were asked to get them repaired or replaced from their own garage.Save your time, hassle and multiple trips more than the money by avoiding this center.

One of the pathetic testing point. My biggest mistake that i went there today on Friday. They charged AED 150 extra plus made more then 8 rejection points. few colour fed, parking light, triangle etc. Almost all vehicle had same rejection points. may of then had their parking triangle in their vehicle but they did not check properly. parking light rejection was just for nothing. no vehicle has any parking light problem when people complained they said there may be connect were loose while checking. What a stupid explanation. All vehicle has same connections problems??? I strongly recommended do not go to this testing point ever. One of person said a month ago i got passed my vehicle but i went on vacation i returned and retested and failed. The are just making money.

Guys i have been visiting quick since January 20th 2020 for my car renewal. It is closed permanently closed (from Al Qusais) and changing the location from Al Qusais to Deira near Deira city center opposite Green House. As pr the manager he said it would take around 6 months to finish the setup in this new location. I am satisfied with the services of Quick Registration.

Pros:Relatively fast service.Pretty good implementation of token based system. You have your priority and is usually not ran over by somebody a bit influential.Cons:Test counter and Insurance Counter are not equipped to accept card payments (well, this is 2016 not 1990s).There is an ATM right in front of the building. If you are unable to withdraw cash due to whatever reason, youre pretty much in a fix.

The staff is friendly and the service is so fast that it really lives up to its name Quick Registration... it took me less than 20 minutes from the time I handed over my vehicle for testing till the time I got my renewed mulkiya... best experience so far...

The employees there are really unfriendly and they deal in a very offensive manner. I have dealt with 3 counters including the receptions they really need to have some customer service training. If i can give less then one start i would do.

Terrible customer service. Avoid it like the plague. I went at a time when there was no lines or rush.I was greeted by a very rude receptionist. I told him politely I wanted to sell my car and he replied with so what?Later on after getting a token the customer service girl was completely oblivious on how to do her job and transferred me to the supervisor who was missing for a good 45 mins. He too was extremely slow just for an approval.I was again transferred to two other agents who in between their phone calls and chatting with each other took some time to actually do their work.Entire time I was there I didnt see a single customer Service agent smile, they all looked like they hated being there as much as I did.Place should be called slow, extremely inefficient registration. Only positive thing is they accept credit cards. I suggest you avoid this place if possible.

This is just a private establishment which is licensed from RTA its not an Government office and Seems they just Failed the vehicles for any small and not majority problems just for their personal business of car workshop next to them backsideİ just ask them cost for preparing they said 2300AED and after discount 2000AED. The same things i went to other outside shop and cost me only 600AED.İ will neverever do any transactions hereBad experience.

Terrible location. Terrible service and staff, nobody willing to truly help you, the staff will take their own sweet time and have conversations among themselves while servicing you. They are very slow and act like they are kings and treat you like peasants. Very low product and service knowledge, while being rude and judgemental, all they are good for is pressing buttons.

Its the worst vehicle testing centre in Dubai.They are having own garage nxt door and they will fail the car and try to fix it from Their garage. Worst employees in Dubai.Pls try not to Go this place to pass your car.They failed my car due to oil leakage. And i didnt face any problm with oil reduction when checked . Even after my car failed i reach back and check the place where i i used to park and didnt find a single drop of oil.Kindly dont go to this centre.

When i just arrived, the offer me VIP service for extra 100 dhs++, than i tried to save time coz he said only 10 minute. so it is priority right?!!. but, it it was truly lie. more than 20 minutes as like other normal Queue. i really upset for the service.

A year ago, I gave this place 5 stars. Today, I had a different experience. I just left the place after waiting for like 10 minutes. Its 1:50am now, there were a couple of clients before me and one after me, but only one counter seems to be taking customers -the employee was actually chatting with the same client who seems to be his friend-. Other employees arent calling customers. Never again I will come here. I suggest a new name Slow Registration.

It looked that they were seriously looking for faults and marking it. Ive used QR for the past 4-5 years and the fault that they did not mark then (though what theyve marked was present in my vehicle for the past 06 years) was marked this time. Incredible.Now to the fault - a crack in the indicator light cover - the severity was marked as major!! Shocking!! I had to rectify the indicator cover, pay the retest fees to get the vehicle passed. Depressing!!

The worst experience ever from the city which is know best for their hospitality and customer support and even in the year of tolerance going on the service in this Quick Registration was the worst, they failed my car intentionally and then asked to go to the garage next to it where they asked me to pay aed2500 for small alignments. when i took the car outside to another garage they found that the inspection guy broke the wires which caused more damage to my vehicle and am sure the garage inside there was just about to fix those wires for 2500aed from me. they are the worst of all the services i have experienced in UAE. avoid this testing center and better shut them down or change staff as they dont deserve to be in customer service industry.

I went to the Center at 9:10 am and they were still struggling with the system. I told them that I have to pick up my son at 10 am so how long will this take? They assured me it will take 30 minutes maximum but even after 50 min no action from them. So I went to check again. They said their system is hanging so cant check the car. Very irrisponsible. We are not sitting free here. No information from them about the issue. Avoid visiting this Center.

Since they have easy touch garage there i feel like they have started failing cars even with minor faults, was there yesterday and they failed the car n reported leak from shock also as major, common guys stop doing this n pls do know its old car soo such minor things can be avoided, no more with quick

Nothing quick about registering here. I was in queue at 8:30 pm since its ramadan timings. Doors opened at 9:10 PM. Ive waited 2 hours to get the results. I wont come back to this branch. Id prefer AL Barsha since my experience with them last time was a lot better.

The insurance agents are worst and the insurance processing team are intrested only in extracting money. But when you approach them for refund they give stupid reason and Inform you to come next day, then one docoment is missing, then another, just to simply give some reason to not refund

Registration is good service, but never buy tyres or any parts. they cheated me. Before buying tyre they agreed to do alignment and balancing for free. once the tyre fitted and completed registration they saying that they do not have machinery to do such things. Literally cheating.

As the name says they offer very quick registration. i went to register my car and finished everything in just 5 mins. the service is so quick and awesome.. highly recommend

They look intk how they can make more money now than to make customers happy without ripping them off.i had a recent experience with then whe i was trying to pass my car.they failed the car and gave me a stupid reason to fix the issue(that did not exist),Just to go to their garage behind the office and spend some extra money so they can pass it to me.they asked for 350 dhs only for changing the light bulb and around 900 dhs to remove the plastic cover from the inside bumper and bla bla bla... i went to another registration place where they pass my car wihout any issue.too bad

RTA service centre. Passing of vehicles, registration, renewals, export, transfer of ownership, etc are the main services available here. Open individual owned or corporate owned vvehicles. Normal waiting time for passing and renewal of registration here (as per self experience twice) is 15 to 20 minutes. We can opt for express passing and renewal here.

It’s great for men as there are 99% of them l(both customers and service) but it’s surrounded by sand(no heels here) and the officials are pretty direct. No smiles and thank you’s but gets the job done efficiently and quick. I went on a Friday around 7pm, so I was only there for a maximum of 10 mins!

Worst place to test your car, they failed my car for a little tear in my wiper, claiming that my headlights are not original and the tinted window which they said is fine in the beginning. They made up this to send me to their workshop and fix those issues there!DON’T TEST YOUR CAR IN QUICK

I went on Saturday morning 8.30 am and finished by 9:00 am. service was quick. You can even purchase insurance here. No staff in many counters. So dont know what will be the situation in peak hours.Sorry, no card payment.

Quick, the only thing they are quick at is stealing your money...1.On their online website they state that the 1st renewal test costs 140DHS yet they charged me 170.2.They got the number of cylinders wrong, my car is 8 cylinders yet the report said it is 6.3. They got the color wrong, my car is silver yet the report said gray.4. They fabricated Issues which are non-existent.The mechanics are not qualified and the employees are rude and unprofessional... it makes sense since they are 90% local.after i spoke with the supervisor he told me to return tomorrow where they will pass my car after i take a retest, this sounds like a method to charge me extra.i hope they make some reforms and everyone should pay attention to this review

I do not advise to go here. My car had an accident 4 years back but repaired in good condition. It passed 3 renewals in a row including from the same place. They failed it this time and asked me to start with 350Aed on top of the 170 test fee.Basically they have a garage within the same place to overcharge you for all the dismantling work. I found out my situation wasnt the only one. Another poor guy had the exact same situation (3 years in a row passed renewals without a hassle) but decided to charged him 1000 in total for a whole lot of extra tests and unnecessary work before passing him.I went to shamil and got it passed hassle free paying them 70aed for retest.

Perfect Place to get the registration and testing done quickly. But I DONT RECOMMEND THE INSURANCE BROKER - METHAQ INSURANCE TAKAFUL. They charge me additional AED. 200/- as testing charges apart from the RTA Passing. They are very expensive and same price like you get a full insurance outside for a 3rd Party one.

Do not take insurance inside, the brokers charge extra 150 as processing fee and simply they are intrested in extracting money from customer. In case you need any thing and contact the insurance company directly; they will tell you to contact these agents; however these agents will simply to get unessary docs even if suffient is available inorder to simply delay and avoid you. If you in morning they will to com evening and if you go morning they will tell to come back evening and simply reject ur claim giving some nonsense reason

I paid for the VIP service in hope to finish my paper work and everything quick,, but very unsatisfactory service and been waiting at the VIP service for 2 HOURS to get my paper done. Yesss 2 HOURS just to get plate number and the registration card.

What a paradox! Don’t believe in what they claim as their name envisages!! It took more tha 2-3 hours to get a registration done on the 27 Dec 2018, which unfortunately I was victimized! No one should really belive what they say as “Quick Registration”! Don’t know what they mean by that! 100% failure in customer commitment! Please abstain from using this guy’s services. This is going to be the last time I and anyone who is related to me will be visiting this awkward service center!Poor, poor, poor, poor, poor, very poor rating from my side!

I done few vehicle registration here, front desk employees are not friendly, they feel pain answering queries, better they can display required information for each services. Worst thing I paid fine on Abu Dhabi traffic department while transferring my car, they collected Extra AED 150/- towards transporting that amount to Abu Dhabi. Ridiculous. Staff didnt inform me about this, giving me a receipt after swiping my card.

Horrible service.Locals behind counters were LAZY and arrogant.I was there at midninght and 1 local (out of 6 there)worked .But even he kept sending Indian guy everywhere.Employ Indians and philipinos...they do much better and efficient job there than all those lazy Emaratis you have ‘working’(by checking their mobiles non stop)there.Something unacceptable that 30 people waiting to be served...1 indian guy runs and 6 locals keep chatting on phones.People pls void this place...there are many places where you can get much much better service.Look for the places where anyone else but Emaratis sit behind the counters,otherwise you gonna spend hours waiting and seeing them using their phones...and stealing your money.

One of the worst experiences ever, a level of unprecedented arrogance from some of the staff (throwing mulqiya and a pen on the table, turning face the other way and arrogantly saying sign....). Poor organization and below poor service, not worthy of dubai standards.... highly disrecommend compared to my pleasant experience in cars testing center muraqabat

Worst experience ever. The guy at the receptionist desk didnt want to work. I wanted to pay fines, and he says no this is Sharjah. Go sharjah. The fines were in Dubai on a Dubai registered car. There was no parking space. People were fixing cars in the tiny parking lot.Average wait time was 35 minutes at 11:30pm on a weekday. I spent all of 2 hours there to pay fines and paperwork to sell the car. And I paid for the VIP service.

Quick processing measures, works on Fridays 5:00p to 2:00am, with the ability to pay fines from Abo Dhabi and Sharjah (100 dhs extra in this case).

NOT a quick registration - it took me 1 hour to register the car. As you can see from coupons, I arrived at 16.35 and I left exactly 1 later. Staff is extremely slow and impolite.

Even this 1 start is to much for them ... all inspectors are NON experienced. They don.t know any things. They putting extra Marks from their packet . When you asked them they will tell you this is our mistake because we not eat any food till now. And bring the car again for passing will remove this marks and have to pay again 170 . Its really the worse registration around the UAE.
