Amazing experience at Ravon, great customer satisfaction. Alen will listen and adapt to what you specifically require. I did a lift kit upgrade of TJM and the quality is superb. I was not happy and went again the second day to be replaced which suited my requirements. Peter is the go to guy, he will guide and have detailed inspection of your car when its on the jack, he will go out of the way and pin point if there are any other mechanical faults in the car. Did my TJM awning with them. Excellent service.The installation team had fixed the awning very high initially, but then when i requested to Mr Alen, he spoke to them and managed to alter the fitting clamps to fix the awning exactly how I wanted them.The pricing is also good compared to their competitors in the same industry.Highly recommended! I had one of the worst experiences with them. Got a skid guard installed after seeing their ad which clearly mentioned protection for front, oil sump and transmission. My car radiator got busted in the 1st drive itself post the installation. When I went to these guys claiming for a refund, they told me that they never claimed radiator will be protected. I guess the radiator comes on the rear end of the cars that these guys drive. Dont waste your money and go to a better installation garage who are aware the job that they do and dont give fals promises.Dear business owner,I guess your reply to me is based on assumptions. I have never asked you for a refund on the vehicle recovery. All I had asked for was an additional skid protection installation to the radiator without any additional charges. Briefing you about the difficulty I went through does not mean I requested for a refund. Also, I have never told you that my car had a hit on the front end. Please note the damage was analysed by experienced marshalls from a well reputed off roading group and they had to comment that the installation and skid plate is no good. Anyways a lesson learned and that would be the 1st and last time I pay for your services.Regards,Sajeev Nair

Recently installed TJM XGS 4000 series on my 2016 FJ cruiser, I am totally impressed with the stability on road/off road without breaking your bank! my FJ has more stuffs than my house, I literally live in my FJ! so I have TJM 2.0 awning, TJM airtec snorkel and now the XGS 4000 series shocks... Today was the 3rd visit for my fj cruiser for the installation of the offroad lights. Previously did the skid plates, snorkel and very happy with their workforce and service till yet. The discounts are ok, maybe little better more😉, I am somone who has attention to small details and the techicians have been very good in doing so. kudos to alan, adil, desmond… cheers…

I would not recommend that you use the services of this placeThey are nice and friendly and seems professional when you deal with them until youll face any problems with your purchaseI bought a Mean mother compressor from them 2 months agoThe price is 4 or 5 times higher than the drahon mart one but they advertise a 5 years replacement warranty if the unit is faulty2 days ago the compressor died off in the desert while trying to inflate my tyresI made several videos of this fact and sent it on their whatsapp where we communicated beforeI also had 3 fellow offroaders who witnessed thisWhen they checked the compressor it didnt show the same symptoms and was working fineSo now they gave me back the compressor which can die again anytime in the desertI just asked the staff this questionWould you use and trust a compressor which already died once when it was needed?They all said no!!!Even they admitted it but they not gonna replace itI would recommend to avoid this place if you want some sort of after sales service in case you have any problemsEDITI HAVE A A VIDEO PROOF OF THE COMPRESSOR FAILING AND 3 FELLOW OFFROADERS AS A WITNESS YET YOU CALLING ME A LIARI WISH I COULD ALSO RECORD WHAT YOUR EMPLOYEE WAS ALSO SAYING

Went to Ravon to install an TJM Airtec snorkel on my FJ Cruiser. I must say the team was very friendly and attended to all my queries as i wss unsure before installing it. They did a good job. The workers are well trained and fixed the snorkel properly. I am happy with the end product.They also have some offroad accessories at reasonable price. Would recommend.

Had a 2” lift and just recently underbody protection. Very reasonable and accommodating guys. Thinking of having a winch and wheels next from them. My experience had only ever been positive..however! I did ask you to grease my prop shafts the time I had the suspension lift fitted, and it wasn’t done.

Installed the full kit suspension last week and yesterday ive tried it from our usual desert drive. And it works like a magic. Smoother than oem and it doesnt give you any feeling of set backs on all obstacles in the dune. Ravon people is very professional and give you all sort of assistance needed. Great team. Highly recommended
