I had inquired about a specific compressor from denso as a replacement to mine in audi a4, they sent me a picture and claimed they have the same part but when i got there after two hours of driving since they dont do delivery, they handed me a different compressor with different part number than the one in the picture i received, moreover the guy in the shop said to me its just one digit difference in the part number!!! Another one was confusing serial number with part number and doesn’t really know the differences, i went back empty handed and full of frustration , It was a waste of my time, minimum technical knowledge is required when running such business and they simply dont have it.
