Amazing service with fair pricesI have been servicing my GMC in this location for the past 5 years and the service is exceptional. trust me their price is not much of different than outside, but you are assured that you are taken care of, and you can go back to them if any issues.I want to point out on one special technician called Saber. The worst service I’ve ever dealt with , and deserves the least rate and worst review ever. The lifetime warranty they claim to be provided basically covered nothing. I had series of issues associated with Yukon Denali which is a premium car. I had to replace the door handles of each door at least twice at my own cost, and different issuesand the recent one is regarding the transmission, the car works fine, and after hours it doesn’t shift from parking and doesn’t moves. Took the car and they said some transmission cables are damaged, and what it’s not covered under the lifetime warranty and I should pay from my cost. The worst dealership every and their warranties and promises are scam. Never faced discomfort, dissatisfaction, and disappointment with other dealers except them.Save your money and never get a car from them, better alternatives are available from other competitors.

I got my car serviced in this centre. Alghandi provides the best post sale services in the region. Alfredo was very informative about the cars condition and service requirements. They even washed and polished my car making it look and feel brand new.

I gave them the car to fix. There was a minor accident, even scratches in the car. A week after I gave it to them, someone from the alghandi called and told me we couldnt fix your car because the insurance company owed theal to al ghandi and they had to pay first. Then the car is repaired. He asked me to call the insurance and ask them to pay off the to al ghandi companys debts. First, this is the problem between the Canadian insurance company and I am not a lawyer. Why does the al ghandi always treat customers badly?!..

I had an issue with one of the service agent but when I took it up with the workshop Manger Mr. Adnan, he on spot took a coorective action as they put the customer satisfaction on top of their priorities. Thank you Mr. Adnan for your WOW support and corrective action which is highly appreciated.

Drop the car at the workshop 14/6/2021 the guy name derick took the details and everything, and telling me the car will be ready in 5 days,Today is 29/6/2021 the insurance didn’t even approve about the car,What kind of dealer ship is thisI called derick he said he is on vacation next day he tells me he is sick,I have all his conversations on the phone.This is not professional like they advertised

Bought the car in for 10k service, couldn’t find the booking. Eventually did, then took well over the promised 1 hr. No pick up or drop off service offered, and no courtesy cars…All in all pretty poor service..

After 12 years of using GMC and I love my vehicles(TahoeZ71 2010 / Yukon Denali 2015 / Sierra Denali 2016), I thing I gonna change to FORD After I visited Ford service center with my friend in Dubai, | really get shocked with there service center and the staff attitude, just handed over the vehicle and they do the rest of job without asking or question regarding the warranties or extended warranties or delaying the service and updating the owner about the vehicles issue if any, I hope GMC service center to be updated and more convenience like space and waiting areas for the visitors specially when Al Ghandi takeover the Cadillac and Chevy from Liberty which case a heavy load on Al Ghandi service centers.

Maintenance service is the worst. I own a Cadillac Escalade, and it is assumed that it is a luxurious car. I expected service to be in the same level, but I was disappointed every time I went to the maintenance appointment, they made me tired with them, and my last service was really bad. I tried to a complaine but even the customer service was not hepfull and I could not complete my complain .. 1 star is too much for them
