Staff are liar alway gives different information to different people. Once asked for any spare parts they will say original is 450 aed were as it will be hardly 120 aed. They just want push or Korean or Taiwan parts. Rude and arrogant staff. Afternoon the shop will be closed no intimation or phone number.

Worst spare part dealer I have ever seen... I called to check a price for car spare part.. Three different people telling me three different prices and one guy even said come and collect even if spare part is not available in their store which his colleague said.. I can say horrible experience and worst customer service experience ever in dubai.. They normally hang the phone without listening to what a customer says and this is so annoying

Good spare parts, Genuine and high copy

As far as I know, we dont get warranty for parts that we buy from genuine parts dealers. I had the same experience. We get warranty coverage for the parts and also for our cars only if it is repaired at the Agency. They reason such dealers state for not giving parts warranty is - they can never assess the quality of the garage that we take our cars to. I think that is justified. If we want warranty, we have to spend more and take the car to the Agency.

This place has availability of all parts, and they sell it at a good price. All their parts are genuine. Do check with this place if you have a Japanese car.
