They do not deliver car on time. They do not fix things as promised, more likely the opposite.Worst place I have ever purchased a car.Need to spend approximately 25-30k AED to have it fixed now at an authorized auto repair shop.After few checks different places it has now ended up in extra costs of 40-45.000 AED now. Thanks Tony/Bulk Used Cars .......Kilometers was incorrectly advertised. Service was not done as promised.Update 26.07.2021: I asked Bulk if there had been an accident as a quite standard question. He said; No of course not. BMW called today to tell the car has been in an accident and they are not sure it can be fixed, cause the car seems bent.(Update: 03/08 car can be fixed and have almost been spent more than a month on repairs for this car)330.000 AED paid for the car, repairs for about 40.000 AED(Updated 03/08; Ended up with about 32.000 AED). And now I have a car that cannot be repaired and probably not sold.Was also told it has GCC Specs. That was another lie.

Went to inquire about s63. They told me 5 minutes they’ll bring the keys. Waited a good 30 minutes and then decided to leave. He said comeback in the afternoon. Went back in the afternoon only for me to learn that someone wanted to buy the car. 0 customer service.Better places to find used cars.

I went to see a car on the basis that the Dubizzle ad says it is “GCC specs” in the ad details and “GCC standards-Complaint” in the description. When I arrived they told me it is Canadian specs. A big waste of my time. They should be truthful and clear in their ads. I won’t be considering a car from them in the future.
