Always be wary of any company that ask their clients to provide a 5* rating before any service is provided. Recently they changed the break pads on a Mercedes Benz, a very simple service. They managed to incorrectly fit the parts to a simple break replacement and released the vehicle without the correct inspections. This is a major safety issue, which could’ve led to a serious accident and people losing their lives. The issue was raised with the management they failed to investigate and correct the mistake. The vehicle had to be taken to a professional Mercedes approved garage to rectify the mistakes. Wheels Spa management failed to show any remorse they are very rude and unprofessional. Overall 0/10 rating for workmanship, 0/10 for customer service.

Im very disappointed with wheels spa, I took my car to replace the breaks and the staff replaced the breaks in a wrong way, I went back to them twice complaining that my car is making a sound and there is something wrong, (mustafa ) the owner of the place ignored me and said its normal all the cars makes sounds and everything is fine. I eventually went to another garage to check the sound and they showed me how the breaks were in the wrong way and I have a report of that. I spoke to the garage and informed them (mustafa) the owner of wheels spa said he wont do anything about it he deleted all the conversations between us and deleted the receipt from WhatsApp chat so I wont have any prove to file a complain against him. Extremely unprofessional and horrible treatment.Tried advice for anyone going to well spa. I went with them for a while. I changed the safaif / breaks of the tensioner, but the car was emitting a loud sound. I came back with them twice. I called the superintendent of the store, Mustafa. I said to him: Why is there something wrong with the car? A loud voice appeared, said normal, there is nothing in it. I got tired of the sound, and I went to a second garage that came out of the two boats of the Safaif / Brikat, but it was upside down, and I had a report, a video, and even words. I spoke to Mustafa, the shop sponsor, he told me he would not bear the responsibility and delete all conversations and the bill from WhatsApp, so that I could not complain about it.

The place is easy to reach, very clean, service is upscale and the price is very convenient
