When you speak to them about coming to jump start a car they always say 40 minutes but for the second time I have used them, I should have learn the first time, it was 1 hr 40 minutes the first time and the second it has now been. 1 hr 20 minutes and he just says close...always has a excuse but that does not help...

Never buy battery here , they are selling not fully charged battery , and they refused to send mechanic also its really dont care about you after sold filling complaint in consumer court

I recommended them to someone. When the guy came with the battery i noticed that the box description was different and the battery tag was different. I m not saying that they sell fake but after the incident i will never do any dealing with them. Even after i cancel the deal, some guy from the same company called from a different number and try to sell the same item. Please b aware when u deal with them 23-01-2020

Worst service ever technician came to check battery he insisted that nothing wrong with battery despite checked at agency with clear report showing low voltage he did wrong check and put wrong battery parameters in order not to change battery with new one during warranty & want to take his visit fees.. Dont recommend them to anyone bad attitude bad customer treat fake checking
