They only give more estimation to bring customer to their office and customer reach their office they offer a very very low price and demoralise the customer. This attitude of their wastes customer time.

It was my first time visit there to evaluate my car. Their assessment is reasonable although I should put out for other person that the online evaluation is not so accurate, it lacks the element of wear and tear. So before you go there keep this in mind when comparing with your online evaluation. The staff are pleasant and nice. The location is a bit out of the way for such activities otherwise I rate them good overall.

What shows on valuation app gets a cut of 33.33% for at the spot evaluation.. no complaints, as this is how everyone works.. when you buy and when you sell has way different approach.. worldwide.. just business, need an alternative i guess..

Please dont trust online valuation, when i visited the office the price was straight away cut by 33% without a test drive , i am not sure how they are getting so many 5 star reviewsI was able to sell my car at 20% higher rate then what was offeredI checked the profile of couple of people who gave 5 star review, looks like they give 5 star review to everyone
