I had very bad experience with USA auction1) the price of shipping is really over charge than other agents .2) the documents they gave to me suppose to be enough for registration but when I went to register the car I surprised that RTA inform me that Copart Agent has to attend and sign transfer document which they didn’t inform. And when I called Copart they keep one person give me to another till they gave the mobile number of their agent ( Aiyad) or pro But when I called him and he was not replying and … after that they called me from office they told you that I can call him now and when I called him he was speaking that he is on leave and he can’t come and he asked that to go to another registration office I told my car without number and I’m already here with endurance and as a Copart they have to send some one here he reply in very rude way that like take it or leave as he is in vacation and he is not ready to come like he was making favor to me that he is talking to me …If you know that it is required your agent to sign paper you must inform customer that .suppose as a big company you have more than one agent in case you agent on leaveIf you agent on leave why you gave me his numberLast please employee polite and decent agent as PRO if you don’t know the shortcut of PRO it comes from public relations officer … so employee profession , decent and employee who knows how to behave and respect customers ..I don’t advise anybody to deal such as cheap service company

Bought accident car from copart 2 months before fixed all accidents problems passed from rta test still cannot transfer to my name , rta not accepting sale contracts they told me copart pro must come in rta for transfer , called copart they said pro is in vacation !! very bad service attitude , last time buying car from this compnay waste of money and time.

If you are thinking about buying from Copart ME I would advise against it. Customer service is disgraceful, the management is very unprofessional. My account was frozen due to their mess up, I got no apology, I asked for my membership to be stopped, they refused to return my deposit! When will these companies learn that treating customers (the people that pay your wages) with such disrespect is going to cost you in the long run. Copart only works if people trust it and Copart ME is damaging the Copart brand.

I come here to make a business with them, but they wasnt let me inside to see their cars, just if I pay some money for them to nothing.Take care with them like a future buyer, because there is many hidden cost fee. For example to be a member you haver to pay 550 AED basic or 1050 AED VIP + 2000AED security deposit. After you win auction they deside in 4 days give or not, price +5 % VAT. Next to that 4 type of administration fee + again 5% VAT. Finally coming shipment again with extra fees..

They cheated me and robbed me! They have charges for everything. When you win a car on approval, next the car will go to bid section which the cars price is trice the price you win it for, if you dont agree with the price, they will just bring the car back to Auction, they dont charge themselves for anything. But for the customers, there is charge for everything. For me I won 3 cars all went to bid section, my limit was reached which I had no idea, but I got one more car, which I didnt want but If I dont want it there is charge of 20%, and minimum is 2000 AED. Stuck, and very bad customer service

Very good car auction provider for variety of vehicles with a great office facility and great staff who is both efficient and courteous and you can get your affairs handled readily. The only drawback is the location which is a tad bit far and on the outskirts of the Emirate but nonetheless a great car auction provider with their stellar reputation in the USA and here in UAE.

Free advice Never ever buy car from this auction,no one answer call ,they will not give you key to start and check the car and if you won car from this auction price is not same there are hidden charges ,for pick up run and drive vehicle they will not allow your recovery to go inside or drive car out they bring car out with forklift if any damage happen while forklifting they are not responsible, thanks copart for bad customer service.

Company too bad to avoid, especially people who buy cars from USA via copart dubai, advice avoid, I bought 3 cars with them from USA, when I received it, a real disaster, I did not recognize the cars, so much the catastrophic case, big dent, scratches, they left the windows open, the water to penetrate the seats, a car they broke its suspension spring, a mercedes c 2016, was touching a big dent in rear , in short, instead of making money, when i asked for an explanation about the cars that were touched, customer service answered me too stupidly, we are not responsible if the car was touched at the time of delivery, they know only taking your money and their profit, they dont care about their client, frankly I dont like the way they treat their clients I lost a lot money with them, avoided my friends

Very bad experience, I spoke with them before I drove more than 90 km, as soon as enter the building at front desk no one talk to you even though they were just behind the desk talking, laughing and kidding with each other, simply they don’t even deserve to be at this place, when I insisted to inquire about what I am there for, they simply ask me to wait, (I waited almost 25 min) while they were chatting, very bad attitude they don’t show any respect, I don’t advice someone to deal with them. My self I dealt with Copart in USA completely different story, I think the admin needs to follow up this location, it’s one of most important in the Middle East !!

I know this company for almost 10 years and dealt with them for selling my used cars and also I purchased an accident car from them. Copart is a trustworthy car auction company. Their terms and conditions are straight forward. No fine print to worry about. You have to register online and pay a minimum of ARD 2,000 deposit and yearly subscription fee of AED 500. They have variety of accident and salvage vehicles starting from just AED 2000 for old model cars to luxury and sports cars. My recommendation is to register online, pay your deposit and yearly subscription, go through their stocks online and chose your vehicles. Before bidding online you must visit their yard and inspect vehicle physically. Make sure you chose the right vehicle before bidding. Your online bid is final. You will have to pay the total bid amount in full within 3 working days. You can not use your deposit amount to adjust the bid amount. If you ever chose to get your deposit amount back you have to cancel your account and get your refund. Very unprofessional approach towards new customers. Felt like i was robbed, when i had ordered a car from USA through them. Took more than 4 months for the car to reach UAE, when average shipping time taken is 40-50 days.The shipping department wont help with any sales tax refunds.Never trying their services again.
