I am trying to call u(no answer), to book an appointment. I have some problems in balance which cause me dizziness.

Good clinic but I feel prices are so high. Cleaning ears from wax costs around 500 Dirhams. It was just 10 minutes.

The staff are very helpful. I would highly recommend this clinic for patients having vertigo problems. I am so thankful for the doctor who treated me.

Terrible customer care. I had an appointment for my 6yrs old son with the ENT dr. and only 4 mins to the appointment I was asked to reschedule to an hour later as they did not have any nurses or doctors available to assist us. This was our first and last visit.

Avoid this place. Once they sell / suggest an aid, they don’t bother after. Worse experience. Avoid ReSound brand at all costs.Update: Customer care guys called (woke up quite late). Instead of trying to understand the issue and figure out a way to resolve, the guy got more aggressive. He Indicated that my issue is not their concern and should not be given a review. Even the customer service is appalling.
