I went to the shop right at opening only to find out that the mixer I was looking for was not there . Abishesh, the guy who was helping me , suggested that I try the Mackie ProFx6v3 . Purchased the UAD apollo x8 online as it was listed as In Stock. Then, partly due to a national holiday, it took them 10 days for them to tell me it wasnt and they would have to order it which would take another 2 weeks. I declined and asked for a refund. After another 2 weeks they had still not processed the refund, even after numerous calls and whatsapps requesting them to do so (most calls went unanswered). They even sent me an email, saying they had made the refund but when checking with the bank, this turned out to be false. I called them back and they then had the cheek to try and complete the original order instead of refunding as they now had the item in stock. It was only when I gave them a deadline and informed them that should the refund not be made, I would be forced to take it further with the bank and authorities that they finally refunded my money... 1 month after initial purchase.With better customer service, this shop could be great considering their prices. Hopefully they pick up their game.
