Wanted to buy Electric guitar, hence went there on 26/01/2021.Firstly the store gives you a-wide variety of proper musical instruments to choose from .Mostly branded Guitar are kept on their unique sliding walls All of them are from medium to high range in terms of prices .They have all gauge guitar Strings.They allow you to sit and play the guitar till you are satisfied and the staff( Filipino guy kabayan) leaves you alone and does not stand on the head, so we can play and get satisfied.they also have saxophones & amplifiers and many other electronic gadgets.Very cooperative staff & does not makes faces even if u decide not to buy.

Great customer service with very helpful and knowledgeable staff! Loved how they allow you to fiddle around with the gear, ask as many questions as you like and to top it off, they always give suggestions when it comes to value for money! Have a great collection in guitars, effects, interfaces etc. Loved the Taylor collection that they had! A must visit for any musician visiting or living in Dubai!

Safely music has a lot of music instrumentals, guitar, saxophone and microphone, keyboard etc. The staff are pleasant and it’s sited at the Dubai mall, where the cinema fall is. The prices are reasonable.

Slow and disorganized service. They damaged a guitar being serviced. Philippino staff exhibit an unfortunate attitude. Some decent guitars but the service undermines the whole experience.

Proper service... I have ordered I guitar online to be shipped to KSA Riyadh.... The team extended all their support to help me decide sending me photos of the guitar before shipping answering all my concerns .. Reached to my house in 4 to 5 days after placing order. It came very well packed.. And guitar cam in perfect condition. One happy repeat customer.

Great selection of both low end and high end instruments. One of the staff members whom I dont know the name of was really friendly and showed me all the distortion/overdrive pedals they had, but there was another guy who seemed to not even like his job. He was sitting with his phone and when I asked Bout keyboards he just said they didnt have them, but when i looked a bit myself they did. It was such a lazy and rude response as well. i will definitely come back for a guitar this summer, but certainly not gonna avoid that guy.

Had someone pick an amp head for me from Sadek in Dubai Mall, in what is supposedly brand new packaging. Turns out its been opened, and showed or demoed to another customer. If its been used, dont put it back in its box missing the original wrapping and sell it off as new. Of course the big worry here is whether it was connected to a cab using a speaker cable or a guitar/instrument cable! Which from the response of the shop owners when asked about this later, they have no idea and state that theres no problem connecting heads to cabs using instrument cables! Ill leave it at that! If you are going to buy anything from there, inspect it yourself and open the box on the spot to make sure your actually getting what you paid for.

Genuinely shocked by the reviews on here. The staff have always been very friendly towards me and given me a great deal... definitely a 5 star shop... I even get updates about new gear, and they always help me to find the best.

Sadek seems like a well organized instruments retailer. BUT, the staff always seem to be rather uninterested and bored. Theyre not rude by any means, theyre just not very attentive despite the fact that they know me and that Ive purchased well over 20,000 dhs of guitars/equipment in the last few years.

The staff are great and helpful, special thanks for Joe who assisted me over the phone and personally when I bought my guitar strings.

Note to management: They sell these electronic fish wall displays that activate when someone is nearby and sing and flap. That would bring more money for the store than the staff on site. December is shopping season, not the time to have some sloppy staff. Work on this.

Kindly train your staff to be helpful and respect the people that walk into the shop. Knowledge about the products sold is also alarming. Its very accomodating to see the amount of the true reviews from the fake ones. Its a shame.

Good inventory, but SERIOUSLY disinterested staff at the Dubai Mall branch. It was very hard to get any information from them, and one almost feels like apologizing for having to ask them for assistance.

The staff are friendly but they dont set up the guitars before they go on the shelf. Their prices are quite average for dubai, sometimes they do reduce prices. For dubai theyre not bad but compared with Andertons in the UK they are pretty poor
