So disappointed with this company and dealers, they have forgotten it is all about customer service. We are never going here again and suggest that others demand respect when they are handing over hard earned money.

These copany is very unorganised! i sent LPO 27 Oct and noone tried to communicate with regarding the LPO, i called them many times to asked for the delivery schedule and yet they cant tell me everytime. one day delivery guy called me telling me the item is about to be deliver in a few minutes. i called the store to ask them why is it like this, and told them i cant accept delivery today and divya told me its ok tomorrow, so we agreed, then the cabinet still came and they were asking me additional delivery charge is the cabinet will come back for tomorrow. horrible customer service!!!!

Choose other one. Staff rude, website with fake content and photo dont match descriptions. They changed price for delivery when courier came to me. I was calling them and lady started scram on me. I dont recommend this place!

Any person with a brain can easily tell that the other reviews are fake as hell.For starters, the prices on the website don’t match what you’ll end up with. I WhatsApped them yesterday and the lady read my message at 7am, she ignored. Then I asked again around 11am, again she ignored. So I decided to call them, she said she will call me back in 30minutes, never did. I called back and she’s like yea yea it’s availabe and said it’ll arrive by evening and I could go pick it up when it comes, I asked when ‘evening’ is, as it could be from 3pm-9pm so I clearly need a time to visit, she said she will let me know on WhatsApp, 2 hours passed and nothing, around 5pm I messaged, no reply.This is all for a customer who was about to spend 5,000 dhs at their store, shows how much they are. Very unprofessional, I really hope the owner of the store sees this as this is clearly paying these staff that are not doing their job and instead of getting customers, they’re losing ones that are already willing to pay.Save yourself time, patience and dignity and go to Al Ain center, friendlier staff and are way more professional.
