Had a service in spring, easy to book, excellent work, well carried out. Later needed a new battery, again easy to sort out.The team at SSE/Polaris are friendly and helpful. Always available to answer any question. Wouldnt take my bike anywhere else!

I visited them earlier this week expressing my interest in the Scout Bobber. There were no models in stock which I can understand; and when asked if they can get me one if I were to order, and their attitude was as if they are doing a huge favor by even taking the effort by taking my details down. When asked when is the new shipment arriving, they had no clear answer and neither wanted to take the effort to find out.Explains why Harley has majority market share here.A shame for a brand like Indian to be associated with Polaris. I wanted by first bike to be Indian Scout, clearly from the looks of it, its not going to happen...thank you for nothing!

Hmmm...I called to ask if they carry Indian t-shirts that have both Indian and Dubai on them. One employee said yes, another said no.I also asked how many Indian bikes they had in stock--he told me Enough.What number of units? I asked.Enough, he repeated.The owner or manager might want to re-train these folks on phone etiquette, and educate them on what the hell it is that they are selling.Not cool.

When it comes to motorcycle maintenance this is the top service center, and Ive been to most of them, guys are kind and helpful, and its really affordable

Absolutely poor service. Gentlemen in the showroom asked me to go out back to look at the bobber because there were no display bikes. So I did, as I was told. As I was looking at the bike, guy called Adnan, tells me I shouldnt be there?? As if it is a bank vault or emergency room. When explained, he then turns around and says not to touch the bikes, which I wasnt btw. Even if I was, they are bikes, not girls. Rude and unprofessional. Horrible way to treat the customer. Felt awful for my first and might be last visit. Maybe no one cares. Everything was so rushed, as if I was asking for a favor.It will take me few mins to decide and buy, but that will come with cost of doing business with such unprofessional people in the long run. No chance! I will now buy from Abu Dhabi even if it far or maybe even from Harley. Did the same for my Porsche, instead of Naboodha Dubai, bought it from Ali and sons Abu Dhabi. 2nd time. Dubai dealer service disappointed me... Hmm.

They changed their opening hours, but didn’t bother updating their website. Why is Polaris making it so difficult for their customers to get parts? They really should take lessons from HD to learn about customer support.

Absolutely rubbish, tried calling a few days in a row now, tried different extentions, different times but nobody answers the call. Makes me wonder what to do if i need to schedule a service! Thats my initial experience with them, makes me wonder how i will be treated afterwards. I live 2 hours away and its inconvenient for me to go to the showroom to get someone to talk to me. Im switching to a different brand/dealer, where my needs will be their priority.

Everything here is amazing. The staff here is phenomenal and the variety of vehicles are great.

An exhibition for the sale of polaris bikes is special, but the prices are high, but there are some offers on specific days and spare parts that are not available are requested from America, which needs approximately 20 days to arrive.

The agency is fully integrated and the staff has excellent service and spare parts. It provides you with high speed spare parts. A respectable place
