Very rude customer service of Richel the filipina lady from al nihal branch!
Completely waste of time, 0 professionalism.My advise for everyone: while you have time try to choose other banks which are more responsible for their customers, plenty of banks in UAE.Additionally all above: be ready to wait min. 1hour on your each visit. If you have time to read and understand RakBank care , then continue to read:I visited the place thrice in end of 2019 for same issue: to follow up if they received the fund for auctioned car from court.1. Rak bank employees even not aware that car is sold (although car sold by their case Oct.2019) Dont get wrong, we are responsible people, they opened case for: 1 month car installment were missed it was 2K which rak bank employees confirmed via phone - ALL IS CLEARED, but actually over the year they put a percentage to this one month missed payment and opened case. Instead calling to person and informing.2. On my visit they asked to wait until Feb 2020 and send my inquiry via email, I sent it.3. Several time I sent follow up emails - NO REPLY4. Opposite they do call and asking to pay off instead to do their work: follow up the their case and get the pay off from court/auction5. While their call I informed them calls are recorded and better email convo, and requested to reply my email (which they asked me to send email) , result: NO REPLYToday March 2021 and still this issue exists.
The worst bank and branch to deal with here in UAE. All of their staff from that arrogant security guard to their collection dept csr upto the actual office staff, it’s all messed up. Their slogan “simply better” is just plain words that disapeer in thin air once you open an account with them. They simply just dont give af to anyone as long as they make money. Not a single consideration will be given to you no matter what situation you’re at. Do yourself a favor and avoid this bank. There are lots of banks that is waaaaaay waaaaaaay better in everything compared to this company.
Pathetic behaviour by security guard and receptionist with customer .A long waiting approx 1 hour for each customer. I do not they do not have staff or service is too much poor. I never recommend to visit this Damascuss Street branch to any customer . They give realise you that they are doing favour for you by attending you.Please check is there any good comment .....,.................. For your services in previous comments.

Very rude and bad customer service. They are shouting with the customer. Even we are defaulter we are still customer so better to talk in politely, we are requesting them to do the restructuring because we are willing to pay not to run, but they are keep insisting that this is our obligation to pay. very very very rude customer service.
Just wait for 10-15minutes = means 1.5-2.5 hours long. nobody cares for the customers here... 👎👎👎
