Worst customer service I have ever seen. Do not ever consider FAB for your business banking.Words cannot explain how infuriating the laziness, incompetence & unbelievable lack of service you will experience at this sad excuse for a bank.

Poor Buisness banking customer service....

New name same bad customer service. Now is worse because of the “new system”. Please give me patience to deal with endless phone calls (repeating everything 10 times) and unwelcoming staff at outlets who are zero helpful and attentive. Another shiny jewel to Dubai’s crown of bad service.

If you are thinking to open an account with FAB (any branch) well trust me: dont! It will be a painful relation.I wished I had someone to warn me at the time.Costumer service is 0. Their only aim is to suck every little amount possible without caring a 6 months ongoing complaints due to their own mistakes. Astonished!!!

Such a worst bank I never seen in UAE and the assistant manager working in sheikh Zayed road branch answering I don’t know. Its difficult to reach call center after reaching we don’t get proper answer, I have raised my complain I got only the message stating will sort out with in 3 working days. Nothing has sorted out so far. Pls call me for more details.

Poor customer service, especially from a lady called Gen, very rude super arrogant not helpful at all. She’s from customer service, and when i asked her to transfer me to any other person to talk to apart from because I didn’t like her attitude her response was its against the company policy i only need to talk to her she cannot transfer the call.

The worst customer service ever I have seen in my life ...waiting on call for almost 29 min with no answer??? And the thing is I have called the. 1 am morning ....???
