Very good bank. Open 24hrs atm. And bank open only in morning

I went their to collect clearance letter in working day 9 am and they returned me without providing it due to reason no staff available even i show the message from bank its ready to collect.

The customer service is just awful with the way staff tries to get around by saying USE ATM for updating details.We are digitally educated sometimes we just want personalized staff for our query.Edit:8/5/2019 I went to this branch again today.There was no person who could help us with Fixed Deposit.There is only one person who sits on the desk and that person went for training today.Is this a bank or office.If office then please stop operating tellers here.Its really shame they are calling themselves best bank in UAE with this service.I had to go all the way to Shindaga branch opp Central bank.Please change the way or hire people because service is depreciating with increase in size.
