One of poorest branch. Not very friendly staff in the counter. If we need anything help from them you need to forget. I don’t no how the Emirates nbd recruiting such a unprofessional staff. Wish it had more branch because of the less branch we need to stand in long queues and finally no help from them even the counter poor service

The branch should close at 2:30 but I came at 2:20 they were close that’s very bad for you guys to not follow the policy rules

Rude employees! I wanted to change my bank immediately after being treated poorly today by two of their security. I understand that there is a pandemic but if you are following rules, why do you need to be treated poorly? Avoid this branch at all costs. They should have closed this branch instead of the one near Al Wahda. The staff there are so much better at dealing with their loyal customers!

Hi , Actually it is very good experience with them. they are really good and help lot. In abu dhabi Electra branch Mr. Qasem Aidaros Ali really great person, he helped lot. god bless him.

One of the employees here is very rude, i didnt want to mention his name but the man is rude and treating customers like they work for him or like he owns the BankI think he is from Pakistan

Worst experience. I visited there to cancel my account. I had to wait 30 mins to go a counter then they asked me to go to customer service counter since I had to reactivate my account. Why couldn’t they tell that initially ? Why waste peoples time. Abu Dhabi government should really look into how much of common peoples time these stupid banks are wasting.

Opening a new account with this branch was so horrible and very disappointing..I visited the branch for almost a week already until now I don’t have a bank details..and when u call up it seems that my application details wasn’t there on the system yet and they advise me to visit the branch so in short the guy in new account who assisting on me never do anything and even encode my application either then simply says it will happen sometimes...for what? There are some delays in opening new account? !!!! Wake up!!!hello!!!
