I would like to extend my appreciation on the people of ADCB OUTSOURCE BRANCH. THEY ALL very helpful and accommodating. even the staff of the office in BUILDING 1 and Building 2 special thanks to MS.DOROTHY AMBROUS AND MS. NAMARATA. they really care for customers. and even your in trouble and missed the due date they assist you and they are fair to help you out to close your account. All banks Ive been through they are the most kind people to help me out even its my fiancee card they assist me in whole day to finished closing account.I never felt down on their environment. all of they care and asking me if i need coffee and tea. even the local people they are really helpful and all of them smiling at you and assisting you all the way to process. i never feel tht im alone. they help me out all the way. The CDM machine is not even working. This is the second time and this is the only one near Silicon Oasis. The button never responded and the card was stuck inside the third time today. Bad on ADCB to give the cheapest care to such facility. It really cuts off customers plans.

You dont have a Cheque Deposit option in your machine ? Really? ADCB = Inconvenience.
