Either cheating or a messy service system. The customer service said she helped add mochi into my cart, once my products delivered, no mochi at all, called customer service - reason was so simple “out of stock”. How did she add into my cart before?! Also no notice at all if it ran out of stock until the delivery guy knocked my door?! But the invoice I received was still full price with everything I ordered...what an experience...

Poor delivery service ever!They was good before, but since sometime, they changed. HorribleIf u want delivery, U better check Atleast 2times, driver never show up on time, date also wrong, and when u call to customer service, u will get answer what you want from me I dont want from this place anything anymore.
