Absolutely top notch product with a likewise sales and installation team! I did the front lawn near the car porch and the 1st floor balcony with the Venice turf and the inside garden area with their Sienna turf and it looks and feels absolutely posh! All the guests that have come in have loved it so much that they wouldnt leave! Im extremely happy with the entire process where I had Mr. Steve come in and take the measurements, give me an idea on what would go best and where, then the installation by Mr. Alex and his team which was done with excellent precision and no time lost and within all the deadline! The best test for knowing this is the best artificial grass is when I had all the samples from multiple suppliers and also maze grass put in the garden and I stood on each sample when the sun is on it at its highest and maze grass turf aced it! The rest were smoldering hot and plastic smell wafting up was horrible. I have a 11 year old and a 2 year old, so getting the best was the right investment plus they have 15 years warranty on the product, what else can I say! Ive posted a few photos of how good the product looks and it shows the professionalism in the installation. 3 years ago we installed natural grass in our garden, with automatic irrigation system, my wife and I really like natural grass as we are use to in our other houses in Europe and Lebanon. Later on we installed a pergola above the terrace and a shade above the pool and also since plants have grown we had some shades areas in the garden where natural grass couldn’t grow anymore and we had some black spots in the grass which was not looking nice, to be honest I really had doubt about artificial grass, some of my friends had installed these and we have not been convinced at all, it looks “fake”. By curiosity I stopped by Maze Grass showroom and saw some samples really looking natural so I booked a site visit, the very next day I had the visit of Nathan who came with many samples, and we have been convinced, so we signed up for the Sienna 33mm which is good size, then 24hrs later we had the visit of Alex, in charge of the installation team and they start the work. It took 3 days to complete the work, from removing the original grass to the full installation, the team really work professionally, very organized and very clean. Alex had visited the site multiple time every day to ensure everything is going well. And now we are really happy with the work, no more grass inside the pool and the result is astonishing, I changed my mind about artificial grass but don’t forget, you get what you pay for, don’t buy these low quality artificial grass, talk to professional and you can trust Maze Grass.

5 star services ! i tried asking many companies for their services, some simply didnt call back , claimed they were fully booked to arrange for showing samples and do measurements , and ignored messages.Then i found Mazegrass , I called to enquire about their services and request a quotation , and the reception said they will call me back with information. Nathan immediately called back, and came to my house the next day , took measurements , showed samples , and explained the whole process and detailed pricing.Then Alex was in touch and scheduled for the fixing of the grass and was there also to guide the team on the day of the fixing. The men arrived early morning, were neat and clean in the house and made sure they caused least possible mess .Very happy with the result and with their clean and professional services. Highly recommended, great value for money and most importantly value for time !

We bought the top notch quality grass from Maze Grass. All was good for the first month. After that the grass started to flatten. We informed Maze Grass and their staff confirmed that they didn’t add the silica sand which ensures that the grass will not flatten out.As there is a guarantee we requested an exchange of the product.Long story short...- The manager Luke didn’t show up one single time to look at the product itself,- Maze Grass insisted said that we miss used the grass..(not sure how you can miss use a lawn..)- at the end Dubai Economy Department/ consumer rights where Maze Grass has been told to fulfill their contractual duties and exchange the product.- Instead of replacing it with the same high quality product, they installed the cheapest one they have in their range, while we where not in the house ...- still pending at DED again...😡End of the story, stay away fromMaze Grass... very arrogant people, not honest and unpleasant to deal with when it comes to after sales service...
