Went to check out the installations by Jacob Hashimoto. We were impressed specially by the large tornado-shaped one. The gallery is divided into 3 sections, 2 of which were for Hashimotos pieces. I was expecting the gallery to be larger overall though.

Contemporary art gallery. Its claimed to the biggest in Dubai. Spacious and very spread out. Quite the mix of eastern and western.

Lots of see and do.Negatives: Parking is a big problem.

It was a good opportunity to see Zaha Hadid furniture line inside this gallery, which give my another perspective to zahas work! what I noticed is the idea of modern fluid shapes is much safe and Convincing in furniture than architecture or buildings !

Simply like it. Trust my gut.
