Coca-Cola Arena is a multi-purpose arena located in the City Walk in Dubai in the United Arab Emirates. The venue was opened on June 6, 2019. It has a capacity of 17,000.It is the first fully air-conditioned arena of its kind in the Middle East and hosts world-class entertainment shows and sporting events 12 months a year, even in the hotter summer months when the calendar of live events in the region is traditionally reduced. On top of public ticketed events, the arena can also be hired for private events such as conferences, award ceremonies, exhibitions, weddings and gala dinners.
Im glad to be the part of team members who build this state of the art architecture.Specially its roof is quite unique Engineering, The roof structure cann support 190 metric tonnes. We used two 3000T giant cranes to lift the two maga trusses each weight 450T, that makes arena columns less play area. Each step of this project was challenging itself but transportation n lifting was more challenging due higher risks. We transported steel structures from one end to another end of Dubai having dimensions L= 42 mtr, w=9 mtr, H=2 mtr.Due to a shorter period to finish the arena, this project gives us immense pressure, and many colleagues including me became permanent patients of stress and other related diseases.Initially it called Dubai Arena then turned into Cocacola Arena.
Attended the Rahat Fateh Ali’s concert at Coca Cola arena.Very well organized with proper covid 19 SOP.Really enjoyed the experience.Enjoyed the food 🍱 we ordered it was fresh and delicious.
Nice clean place. We went for sunidhi Chauhan musician concert.Very Well managed.Very polite staff.Well organized.Only thing was they charges almost usd 10 for parking that was a bit odd. Else everything was fine. Will go back soon for another show.Loved the vibes.Sunidhi was amazing. She alone handled the stage for so long. Hats off!!!!
The place in terms of building is amazing yet the parking is very far plus the concert organizers didnt offer lower ticket prices for young ppl as the lowest ticket was 250 therefore most of the seats were empty!! And they allowed food and drinks and someone dropped nachos and cheese on the floor which almost splashed on me despite the distance.
Huge arena and great for eventsSecurity people need to chill a bit. I was attending an event and had a couple of complaints from other people feeling super offended because they were SOOO AGGRESSIVE AND RUDE to them. You can talk nicely to people and ask them nicely to stop doing whatever they’re not allowed to doI was waiting for my pass to get in for an event and whilst waiting i was on my phone taking pictures . A bunch of security staff marched to me and aggressively told me to delete everything I took. I even felt they would seriously snatch away my phone and invade my privacyPlease I urge the management or whoever is responsible to really address this situation seriously and train their staff properly
A good place.. love the ambience. The crowd.. they have some great shows out here.. its was my first time.. really had some good fun.. a must place to go and visit with friends and family.
Well organised eventCOVID-19 precautionary measure well maintained
Went for the Wayne Brady show which was a blast. Love the look and feel of the place from the outside. The inside is meehh... if youre sitting in economy you may wind up getting a neck pain, if youre sitting on either side of the stage. The first class seats would raise the rating to 3.5..
The seat allocation towards the stage ate either too far or sideways or extremely expensive. This need to improve, in arena security needs to be more relaxed with people standing up or cheering for favorite song or singer. Its no opera house.
It is a very big Arena. The event was organised by Platinum List. The experience is good. Seating is not great for 3 groups Silver, Gold and Diamond. The Platinum and Royal seating was a couch accomodating 2 people each. Placed with social distancing. The regular seating was also socially distanced. But the chairs were same for all 3 groups even though they paid different prices. The management doesnt allow even sealed water bottles to be carried inside as they want to monetize in their food and beverages. There was a big miscommunication. The concert tickets mentioned 7pm to 12 but the actual concert was only between 8.30 and 11. So the 5 hours got reduced by 50% to 2.5 hours. In that sense the ticket seems pretty expensive. Food and Beverages are pretty expensive inside like 55AED for a burger and 6-7 pieces of french fries. All in all it was an above average experience. Infrastructure is great but under utilised.
Currently at a concert in the arena which is being completely ruined by noise coming from behind the seating area. It sounds like boxes being ripped apart but is constant. Utterly ridiculous. Feel ashamed that a professional orchestra is having to go through this. Never coming again.
Great sound quality but similar to most feedback its how the seat plan needs to improve. Was just here and if you are on the front row of the pink seating area from 101 to 116 the railings are up close to you obstructing the view and leg room is not enough for people passing through. Perhaps moving the railings a bit and getting lower ones would have been better.
Worst concert venue. No free parking. We are forced to pay aed 15 parking for a free concert. No wifi at the venue. Show was late.
Attended a concert there. Very well organized but the sound engineering was not good as my previous experience

Amazing sound. Lines for drinks were a bit long because the staff is not that efficient like were used to on events and festivals in Europe (where they use coins etc), but maybe thats a Dubai thing.
If you are in the suites, its a great experience. Although a bit far from stage but Dubai like fancy fancy experience only at the suites.
One of the best place for any event. The management took care of the Covid-19 norms and precautions and the facility is no doubt world class with top notch amenities and services.
This is a great and wonderful destination in dubai
Very surprising to see after paying for the gold class ticket we need to pay for the parking ticket of AED 35.This has to be part of the ticket.
As usual we are not disappointed with this magnificent new arena in Dubai. Its world class and was much needed I would say. I attended Maroon 5 concert and it was exquisite. The ambiance and the organization of the even was hands down impeccable. Absolutely had a blast. Great job and a fantastic new addition to Dubais entertainment and leisure scene.
Beautiful designed arena, the regular seating are quite congested for a big guy a lot of security checks for just a concert! Food varieties should be updated and the rest all good.
I was here for The 1975’s gig and it was really amazing. The sound was really good, lighting was amazing and the arena was just perfect. Make sure you carry a shirt or a hood because the arena is fully air conditioned and you might feel cold later. Food and drinks are available inside. Beers and other drinks are provided with proper id. Waiting for more great shows!
A purpose built venue. Very well planned. There is amole parking around the place and entry and exits are well placed to ensure proper crowd movement and security. It can take multiple types of events. We went for a live performance and it was excellent. The sound system, Lights and works very good...
Except for the technical set up. Am told this has been smae since opening. Need to fix it, doesnt help with the experience when you can barely hear the performers
The place itself is great, but seriously you pay millions to build something so great but forget to think about seating space? Im 189cm tall, my friend is 184cm tall, our knees were rubbing against the backbone and neck of the guys infront of us.. we were even sitting sideways!!!!! Honestly disappointing waste of whatever millions you spent
Lovely place. Comfortable and easy parking and staff also helpful
Arena, beautifully built and well managed, really glad to visit for the first timeI liked the sound quality and lighting is awesome, loved the stage arrangement, completely air conditioned arenasurprisingly for 17000 capacity arena, Parking not available so park in city walkSuggested for people coming with babies to bring earplugs, although management can also provide as a child safety measure
A new place to go to for concerts and events. The VIP suites are top notch both in facilities and staff. Truly world class and truly its the essential venue in this part of the world where summers are a show stopper. Very accessible through the metro and strategically located as part of City Walk. Awesome venue overall!
The arena was very new since the concert that weve been to is just the second one to use the facility, so all were at excellent condition. It was also near the metro station and had parking spaces for private vehicles and had a dedicated pick up and drop off points for public taxis and careem both on separate areas. Security and crowd controllers was top notch. With 11k capacity and fully air-conditioned, being hot and humid outside didnt affect the experience inside.👍👍👍
Excellent services all and well equipped theater.
This state of the art structure stands tall in the most prime locations of Dubai...Without doubt the Coca Cola arena stands par with some of the top indoor areas …Was brilliant the arena was well organised keeping spaces between seats. My 1st visit and I give top starsStrict Covid19 restrictions and arena is nice as always, we have attended the Rahat fateh ali khan show and screens are amazing and sound quality is great. Staff is friendly and helpful.
Great graduation at coca cola arena
I think its the best and number event venue in the world
Fun Experiences
Perfect arena. I enjoyed take a free tour in the open day last week. Hope I can attend an concert there soon, amazing!
Excellent ambiance. Loved the lights and sounds. Very well organized right from the entry to seating- no confusion . loved the location and the space utilization. Ample parking space.Great place to watch live concerts.
Visited the arena to attend the Rahat Fateh Ali khans concert. Very well organized and venue is perfect for such shows and concerts
Its my first time to go inside the arena, ive been here in Dubai since 2008,its so big inside and very cool specially in June its really hot outside.i rate this place 5 star
We went to Fazil Say Concert it was amazing
Good view, well maintained, multiple access points, clean & ample utilities, snack & beverage counters. Overall great experience! What could be better?*Seat comfort & Access routes: The seating could be tad bit more comfortable and easy access ways for people sitting in the rows to get to the exit (especially in full packed shows; could see several people having to jump over chairs to go out in between).*Parking: An arena with such huge capacity must boast of a dedicated parking to atleast half capacity (so as not to completely block all of Citywalks parking lots)
Beautiful place, everything you expect from such a venue! One thing can be enhance led which I the long F&B queues during mega events
First time here to watch Basketball Game.Had fun and staff are all helpful and accommodative. Has a lot of security staff to check at the entrance.Foods, camera and other prohibited items listed has there own storage room where you can keep it safely.👍🏻Food pricing is kinda pricey but you have no choice but to buy there 😉🙈Venue is as expected beautiful and one of the attractions of Dubai. 👍🏻But parking is really expensive it cost aed50 without ticket, they just collect it from the entrance.Overall, recommended tourist spot to visit if you will come in Dubai. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Amazing place..We enjoyed a lot for concert and annual conference..
Went for a concert recently and I could say the venue is amazing. Very good organization and set up.The only concern was the fact that the parking is chargeable, especially if you are paying the high price for the international performers.
Good event place with perfect view of stage only issue is to find taxi after the event
Its deserve 5 stars but I have to give them 4 stars just becuase of the quailty of the seats the rest of things are perfect
Had a great time @ concert of Rahat Fateh Ali
The building is amazing! So modern and good looking. However, the staff needs more training. The queues for the Marron 5 concert were handled so poorly.
A world class concert arena...been here last month for A.R. Rahman Live in Concert....superb facilities....
It was well organized, ample of parking..the only thing was waiting out in the heat before entering there was a long queue..the Maroon 5 show was amazing..One of the best Arenas for sure..
Amazing Facilities, Best Music and lights , Superb Event
Well organized place and the service is awesome
Very good place
Dubai Arena Event Venue. Massive big Dubais leisure and entertainment offering and become the ‘go to’ venue for large-scale international music concerts and sporting events. Now Open. Capacity 17,000+. The venue has been designed to host end-stage, central and half-stage concerts, sporting events such as tennis, basketball, boxing, volleyball and ice hockey matches, as well as gala dinners, exhibitions, conferences and festivals. Where is it located? In City Walk Dubai. How close is it to the Dubai Metro? The arena is connected to Dubai Metro through a direct pedestrian bridge.
Very well organised. Food at the arena: Popcorn, Nachos, Beer (Corona) pint, Samosa, Soft Drinks & Coffees. Earbuds are available for infant and small babies for free (due to large speakers the sound is generally high and can be dangerous for small babies, contact customer services desk ground floor). The security is very cooperative. Tickets rangers from 200 AED till 1200 AED (May depend on event). Seats are ok. Outside food is not allowed. There is a drop off area fro items that are prohibited inside the arena, you may drop your items and collect the token.
Loved the Rahat Fetah Ali Khan concert
One of the best indoor venue in this region
Attended my first show of Russell Peters. Must admit everything was very well organized. Parking wasnt an issue as there are plenty of RTA parking lots around. Located right next to City Walk so plenty to see around. Looking forward to attending Maroon 5 here next.
Loved the venue and perfect for concerts and games !
Nice place for all kinds of musical shows etc
The arena is quite big, and the exterior design is cool, but inside is nothing special at all. Meraas properties normally tip the creative scale, and I have to say, I was disappointed seeing plain white walls in boring corridors begging for creative potential. Seats are tight, but tolerable, as most seats in the arena give a pretty good view. 100AED arena parking is a shame, and a nightmare getting out afterwards. Closest Metro station is a 15min walk (Burj Khalifa/Dubai Mall) would be simply disastrous in summer months. They need to consider Event Shuttles to the Metro station. Go early and find RTA parking nearby. Not enough washrooms for the capacity and there should be more F&B kiosks for the amount of people attending.
Firstly, signage by the seats and just before we entered was confusing. Secondly there are not enough/big enough bars/food counters for the size of the venue. What really bothered me was the sound quality and that it is only stage localised, the screens are small and the giant speakers obstruct the screens if youre seated. In theory, a great idea that there are cup holders in the seats, but they are positioned in such a way, that it is impossible to avoid knocking them. My sleeve drank most of my water. Also you cant keep your bottles of water or cool drink you order, they go straight into a plastic cup.I will give the venue credit, that it is very aesthetically pleasing and that the aircon is superb. Also their method of getting taxis after your event is easy and efficient.
Big indoor sports stadium.Food is very good.
Wow! A huge, modern arena at the heart of Dubai! I am so proud of it.
Very nice place
Pro: Beautifully designed venue.Con: no free parking. 50 dirhams per hour.
Amazing different setup 👌🏼
Great place for events in Dubai. Indoor stadium like space with a significant capacity.
Wow Coca-Cola arena is the best event I have ever experienced is great an wonderful an also the right place to be
I have got a chance to attent tonny Robbins event yesterday. It was an amazing event as long as the contents of the event are concerned. Amazingly managed by Abu Dhabi media group. As long as facilities is concerned its very Good facilities fool prof security measures and supportive staff. The only problematic thing was the availability of food and beverage. Since it was a crowded show and lots of people were visiting there was not enough arrangement of the food. Long queue of approx 400 people in each restaurant even if they just have to buy a bottle of water or coffee. This was so annoying and painful. It has to be changed and improved in next events. Or there shud be enough water vending machines.
Great arena. Tastefully furnished. Great for your event
Only for entertainment special for Musical concert
In city walk nice view

The Venue is awesome ... F&B stalls very busy, expect queues ... spacious and clean auditorium
Our first visit here to watch Rahat Fateh Ali Khan Me, Myself & I concert. My first reaction when I walked in was wow!. Need I say more?
In very short time Coco Cola arena has carved it name very well. Great ambiance, lighting, music . Looking forward to visit again
