I absolutely love my bright apartment and the facilities and the location on the canal, however it’s a shame that like most Dubai properties the walls are paper thin I can hear all the movement and noise from the apartment next door and above me which super annoys me. Even worst is that when the windows are closed you can still hear the bass and music from the clubs in D3 which I didn’t think about until I moved in or I wouldn’t have moved here. Such a shame as it’s a very nice building and the staff working here are lovely.

Nicely sized flats, but with very limited storage options and tiny kitchens. Bathrooms are not well finished, its impossible to take a shower without flooding the whole room. Could use more sockets. Good sound proofing, good maintenance, decent gym and friendly staff. The pool itself is nice but the deck looks like its from the eighties.

The worst building management, I have sent several emails to building manager but she never replied to my queries

Basically this building is okay to live in, Other residence do intend to put some vases and flowers outside their door, Neighbors are nice (Some of them), The lifeguard is not doing his job and hies in the male Washroom instead of monitoring the Pool incase of an emergency, The Gym is okay but seems damaged after Maintenance, Housekeeping staff were to abusive towards kids but now they seem to stay away from them, I would wish that the amenities were maintained,

Building is based near traffic lights which isn’t safe regarding driving in - out. Bad parking, staff aren’t very professional and gym is too small although location isn’t bad.

Very bad quality of construction with leaks allover. No one responds to complaints and only ask for service charges

I like this building for it has a convenience store at the ground floor.
