In Love with the Luxurious lobby. The restrooms are maintained so well. Sanitised and perfumed at every corner. Went in there for quick break but enjoyed the whole interiors

Great location deep in the heart of business bay, located directly on the canal and boasting great views of the bay area.The hotel itself has a number of residential properties which are well furnished but are quite small. Overall its an upmarket location with a pricetag to match.

An Hotel Apartment complex having two towers of 32 floor each with all modern amenities such as swimming pool, gym and kids play area with their separate pool. Still under final phase of construction.

The worst hotel experience specially long term , staff is totally unprofessional and manager even don’t want meet and just sending other staff , each staff have different information about policy , no ownership security supervisor acting like owner of the buildings but what ever you ask he will have one answer call this number call this number so why you are working here than put one sign with the number , so I’m waiting nearly 1 hour even make the payment 30 min ago but they can’t give you 1 card which is take 2 min max any of hotel in the world so never ever again and don’t risk your stay with it

Tower brand new and yet very badly maintained and managed...Reception is below any normal hospitality standard all the staff is sitting/sleeping watching video or playing on their mobile phones without greeting the guests... very low standards. Everything is done by the staff to do the minimum push back on every requests to make your life complicated...DAMAC sounds like the complete opposite to what should be hospitality..Corridors on each floor have not been cleaned for months and very dirty..surroundings of the pool are not in good conditions, the ground is dirty full of painting and even sometime broken... the parking is extremely dirty... etc etc ..

Beautiful apartment with lake view nice and clean with friendly staff.

The star given is for the developer as he sold the property as hotel apartment it was supposed to be delivered in 2016 when there was no vat but the developer delayed it and now asking the buyers either to pay the VAT or sign new SPA and take the possession as residential apartment without any compensation of delayed possession.Its really very bad experience with DAMAC for the second time.😠😠😠

A wonderful residential complex in the Business Bay. Luxurious promenade for walking. Business center, all within walking distance, although the expression within walking distance is not for Dubai)
