The building is good for living as a resident only , but the services there are bad and some of the facilities such as the party hall is not fixed at all , gym has old equipments and the security responsible for them does not act in a professional way. Only one space available for your car ; if you have a second car , you will have to pay to park it.

Nice residential building, Rigid building management.It is right beside metro station so public transport is extremely convenient. Right beside Indian and Pakistani School and close to Christian Saint Mary Church.Building facilities like Gym and children pay area are old. there is Indoor children play are in 1st floor.Parking is a problem if you have a second car.Rent is a bit over priced as there is always demand and the management does not bring it down.

It is a good place to live in very spacious.... Bit recently their maintainence hasnt been proper..
