A nice place to spend with family, where everything is amazingly planned and organized. Should appreciate the idea to build something in middle of desert and deserves loud applause. I would rate Motiongate park and Lego water park the best, Lego theme park and Bollywood park average.

It was real fun to visit motiongate with family. The parks has lots of activities and rides for kids and adults. This one is both indoor and outdoor but preferably visit this park in winter months to have maximum fun.There are separate sections for Madagascar, kungfu panda, dragon and Shrek. Unfortunately when we visited the area for smurfs was closed.Great place for kids to have different experience and rides for each section. Kids less than 3 years or below height of 120 cm has hardly any rides for them.Overall, it was good experience and worth a visit at least once.

I looooove this place! Wonderland in the desert ❤️ Beautiful world of cartoons🥰 My favorite one is How to train the dragon - where you’re flying inside the cartoon. The crazies is - Madagascar! You should be really brave to try it 😬 Kids love to be there, even just to walk and play around, when thy are enough of fun 😁 But I wish more places will be open again.. because there are few places to have some food inside (many of them still closed) , and there is no healthy options at all(

The park itself is nice, its clean and beautiful. The decorations and ambiance are also great. However the lack of adult rides makes it a bit boring after a while. I would say only 3 or 4 rides are for adults. Motiongate definitely worth the try.The shows are quite good, the dancing team is lovely and talented ! I think with time the park will get better.One thing that should be improved though, I regret the lack of sympathy of some ride operators, some ones seemed to be bored or even rude. Youre in an amusement park and youre here to have fun, so the staff should be part of this as well.

Very nice amusement park with movie aim. Not fot whole day, but can visit other parks in the same location (lego, bolywood,...)

One of the best experience for the family....there are so many rides for big children.... almost 6 rollercoasters.....it was 3rd week of September the weather still warm... yet we enjoy it.... DreamWorks section is fully air-conditioned you can start with those rides meanwhile it get cool you can continue with the rest of the rides....as an adult I enjoyed many rides specially the 4D shows ....it was awesome...dot miss to visit motiongate....well organized there was no waiting time because I visited mid of the week...if you have big children above 10-18 they will definitely enjoy it the most.... book early and avail mid of the weeks offers for residents.... Mondays is the most cheapest rate .... Wednesday fiesta offer includes meals you can avail them from three restaurants serving burgers, pizaa & Shawarma.....Enjoy the rides ....the down side the free buggies/Golf cars to parking stops at 6 pm you will have to get back to the parking by golf cart taxi 10 dirhams each or you can enjoy 5-10 minutes walk to outside as I did ....

A good place to bring the family for adventure! We enjoyed are recent visit here! It was the last day EID and there we’re less people so we had the rides almost all for ourselves! The Madagascar and Bullet Train are must try, but not for the faint of he heart! Hahahaha There are of course cute rides and tours for the kids to enjoy!

Its an amazing place and I really enjoyed it...the details are high quality and the rides as well . Few rides were closed. Its way better than IMG. You will need up to 5 hrs to enjoy most of the rides . For sure worse another visit during winter season. More rides are under construction which I am looking forward to

Motion gate was amazing. it was my first time going there I surprised my friend for her birthday she loved all the rides. I would recommend if you all could stay till the night, the lights were just so beautiful to watch

Thrilling rides. Best to go when its less crowed. Great place to visit during winter. Wish they gave some kind of coat while riding the water rides.

Coming here during weekdays is a great decision. Theres not much que for the great rides. The staff are good. The place is so clean. During this pandemic, their are following the protocol greatly. They are wiping the seats and the handle on every set of the rides. They are making sure that the people are being notified thru the speakers reminding them to keep each other safe by following their protocol.

Fab time... pretty hot in mornings... better after 600pm outside. Chilln place for kids. Drinks a bit over priced. Remaining fun!

To be honest I would rate it 10 stars not only 5If you didnt go there then you missed something extremely amazing.For kids and adults this is the right destination.I cant write much because I need more than 20, 000 words to describe how amazing is this park and each area.

Great place to have fun and spend time with the family. Well organized and well managed, strictly taking care of all the SOPs. Rides are sanitized before and after use.Just one line of caution Avoid going during kids school holidays otherwise you will spend all the time waiting for the rides.Overall nice experience

Loads of fun.Hadnt been for a few years but had annual passes in the past, so a return visit.At the moment Lionsgate area is closed as they build the new John Wick ride so be aware the Hunger Games rides are not available.Very quiet when we went (04/08/21), opened at 2pm, closes at 10pm. No more than a 5 minute wait for most rides. Recommend doing the dreamworld rides first while its hot, then the outdoor ones after as it cools in late afternoon.Beware, if you want to eat in River land all restaurants are shut apart from TGI Fridays. Most permanently I think, possibly due to not enough trade.

Motion gate is an attraction that has many rides which will be loved by many children between the ages of 1yr to 8 years. A few of the rides are really loved by kids above 10 years. Both of my girls loved the place. At least I was able to satisfy each of them as they both fell under the different ages stated above.They have a whole place with rides dedicated to the cartoon character Shrek, there was Kung Fu Panda and one for all the cartoon characters in Madagascar and much more. Very illuminated fun loving place. A must have ride when you visit Dubai

Motiongate is a great place for movie lovers and you can easily spend the entire day with family and kids.They have quite a few rides and all are very good, just that the wait time is a bit too long due to public holiday, make sure you check the park timing before visiting because its closed on few days.The rides are cleaned after each ride and they are well maintained. You can get buggy from riverland to motiongate for free or else its a long walk from parking to motiongate. Overall its a great place for entertainment.

Fun for the family! Weve been here a couple of time for family getaways! Staff are all friendly. The park is very clean. Lots of activities and rides that accommodate a good range of ages. Different soft play spots for toddlers. Rides for little and big kids as well as for adults. We also love the seasonal activities like the time we went during Christmas there was Christmas carols and fake snow!

Nice place for kids and adults too.Sometimes require more than one day to cover the whole bollywood park amusements.

I loved the park. Kids also enjoyed it, but I would say it is mostly for children of the age of 5 and older... for my 4years son most attractions werent available due to his height. It starts from 105cm and my son is 103😁

Its a wonderful place however the weather was too hot there are some indoor places that you will love Shrek, dragon, Kong fu panda and madgascar. There are several roller-coasters in Madagascar its really fast and fun its not that thrill, in dragon its easy and fun, you will find another on in smurfs easy and fun in case you are looking for some adrenaline rush there is the bullet train and the blast off.Tickets was 275 AED per personWater 10 AED

Motion gate dubai is one place that brings out the little girl in me,I literally felt like running around freely lol such a reminder of cherished child hood memories. This is one place I cant even get enough of and I would gladly visit repeatedly!

Enjoyed all the roller coaster rides . The hunger games themed 3D rides were great. Best time to go is on a Thursday evening . Not much crowd during Ramadan .sadly mostly of the restaurant surrounding motion gate were closed .

It was such a memorable great experience with my friends...Alot of attraction and home feel environment..Hoping to visit again and the staff where so friendly.

Worth the visit. Too big to cover all in one day. People try to cover two parks at one day. But if you want to enjoy at it best its recommend to take one at a time. 275 AED per person ticket. However you can find plenty of offers runnings which helps get your tickets price reduce by 50%.Not all rides are good or exciting for adults. Few are just simple rides for your kids to enjoy. But overall nice theme setup to enjoy all day with your family or friends.

I love visiting here. I have visited it many times. It is very adventurous, relaxing and thrilling. I personally love Madagascar Mad Pursuit roller coaster. Even though it is located near Jebel Ali, this place is a must visit. It is good for all age groups. You can spend almost a full day here and enjoyment is guaranteed. It has restaurants too. It is very beautiful and overall a very good place.

Really well put together and nicely done. All the mini theme parks and rides make you feel as if you were part of that world. Pricey and could use more rides but my favorite was the Viking gliders. So well executed.Will go back again.

When everything is working this is a great place to bring the family. There are even plenty of rides indoors for those hot summer months. That being said, the last few times we have gone this summer, the best rides indoors (Dragon Riders, Madagascar Carnival ride etc) have all been not working, making them pretty much a wasted trip.

Super fun day out! We went during the week and it was very quiet... no many queues for the rides. Our favourites rides were:1. Madagascar2. Green hornet3. Zombieland Blast Off4. Panem Aerial Tour (although this was in 2D, not 3D, when we went)Unfortunately the Capitol Bullet Train was closed.Hotel Transylvania was a little disappointing.

Not for summer, its very far from all hotels as well as parking...they should provide free shuttle.Having a detailed map on where you are going and what rides are available can make it easier for people to chooseShaded area/seats are almost nill, so with kids its a big challenge.Many shops / restaurants are closed. And other places that are working are very expensive...small water bottle costed AED 8.On other hand they are few rides that are worth going....roller coaster in motion gate are highly recommended 👌

Compared to similar children parks in USA, not worth to visit this one. Long waiting time for the entry to park and then for each attraction. The most exciting rides were closed without any previous notice online. The rest are for youngest visitors, all very mechanical and pretty the same, no real VR.

It is a amazing place. But atleast you should have 5-6 hours to explore this place properly.

I found it really worth it as they operate at lower capacity due to COVID restrictions. There is social distancing inside the park. Its good to know that they are disinfecting the rides after each guest. Some of the staffs are not friendly and approachable. I enjoyed the Chinese food inside kung fu panda area. I enjoyed all the roller-coasters, sadly one of the roller-coaster was not operational when we visited.In all we had a great fun day as a family!

Dubai Parks is a great place overall. What is great about Motion gate is that there are so many rides including small roller coasters that even a 2 1/2 year old can ride. Which I have never seen anywhere else. There are rarely lines expect during holidays. However now with Covid restrictions it takes longer to get on a ride as they can only fill 1/3 of the ride. So waiting times are sometimes up to 1 hour, which is a novelty for DPR! All the plat areas for children are closed which is a shame especially for families with small children who need these areas. Water fountains are also closed so make sure to bring enough water for your kids to avoid over paying expensive drink options. E.g. drink refills cost you 1 usd each 🙄. The photo options on the rides are fun, but these amusement parks are still living in the past by trying to charge customers 75 aed for a photo. If they would just charge a reasonable price they would sell alot more, and this has been proven through research in other amusement parks. Food quality/ value money is not great, but there is some variety between the different sections of the park. Overall a yearly pass is a great value for money especially if you go more then 3 times. It more then pays for itself. Can recommend!

Amazed by the effort put in place by the management to sanitize all the rides after every usage. People are specially deployed to sanitize every area been touched by riders.This really brings in confidence for people to come and visit the theme park during this pandemic.Q-Fast passes are really timesaver.

Fantastic place, it felt like a day spent in another world. We went on Saturday, 10/10/2020. The park was nearly empty and there were no lines to any rides at all. The staff was welcoming and helpful. A few rides were not operating. The information about it displayed at the park entrance. We will visit again!

Really an amazing place to go with friends and family. They have some amazing rides for the adventurous and for the calm people. My most favorite ride was the roller coaster. Had an amazing experience with all the rides. The food courts at motiongate are also affordable and there is a variety of food options available. I have visited the place almost thrice this year.

Took our toddler and it was a complete waste of money. While we got told that one ride is closed (the large roller coaster), we did not get informed that all places for toddlers are closed. Could have saved the entry fee for the additional adults we brough to keep an extra eye on the toddler. Absolute waste of time and money!!!Oh and lots of people not wearing their masks properly. Super disappointing!Can NOT recommend!

We visited Motiongate for the nth times coz we love the rides here. And our favorite family ride is the river Expedition. If you have not visited and seen how is the river Expedition ride you can watch the video I uploaded on my YouTube channel LOISMAV Dubai Lifestyle.

Its a great Hollywood inspired theme park with three world famous studios, DreamWorks Animation, Columbia Pictures and Lionsgate. It’s an exciting experience to have great fun with rides for all the age group, live shows, retails shops and restaurants.

Its a good place to spend a day, especially in winter where you can roam without sweat. Good rides for kids between 5 to 14 years. Some rides are closed and some are still under construction.Its little pricey, not worth it if you dont have any buy 1 get 1 offer. I recommend get the offer first and then go.Only thing where its falling behind is the food. Due to covid, Most of the restaurants are having very limited options. Majority of the food is junk, like potato fries, fried chicken and pizza. Literally they should keep some good options for variety of food as dubai is food centric people and love to eat. Another drawback is that food price is almost the double.Rest all good, you could spend a day well with your friends and family.

Amazing experience.. whole family loved..Time spent in MG was insufficient as we were lateto enter MG after completing Legoland.Excellent ambience, sanitation is ver well done after every use.Since sanitation is very slow and waiting time for some rides takes for ever. This can definitely be improved.

Guest service manager in charge not welcoming and looked tense and upset to provide service. Ticket office service extremely slow. Overall staff happiness in all rides and facilities not felt or perceived unfortunately. Food options extremely limited, no healthy options available. 2 attractions closed which limit the options made available and still full price applicable.

Thought it would be better considering all the hype that goes around it but it wasnt really much.Like the games were fun and all but none lasted more than 15-20 seconds. And just as I said the max a ride would take would be 20 seconds but I had to wait to get on each ride for more than 45 minutes!!!! I wouldnt come for a second time....

I am rating this 5 because it’s my favourite place in the ENTIRE uae , the place so big and have a capacity of expansions for the park and the MOST IMPORTANT ONE !! they use social distance ON EVERY ride queue trust me this place have the social distance more than the other parks u find in the world , this place have a Smurf’s zone and Colombia pictures zone and zombie land and lion stage( have John wick ride under construction 🚧) and now you see me and the best one .. THE DREAMWORKS ZONE !!!! This place different than other places in the uae it has the most fun rides and most good looking food and super cool shows and street and EVERY THING ( and it’s so cool ) trust me this is a MOST visit in the uae 🇦🇪!❤️

Its a nice place and awesome thrilling adventurous rides. Social distancing was maintained in queue and during the ride. The thing I disliked was that the staff werent sanitizing the seats properly. And also the prices of food were highly expensive!!The path that goes from Riverland to Motiongate was very long, they could have arranged free buggy service in the extreme hot temperatures of Dubai.

Awesome amusement park with a good variety of rides and entertainment for all ages. I wish they had more rollercoasters though and bigger arcade areas. The staff were friendly and they were actively disinfecting all the rides after people used them. They are taking covid very seriously and that’s very commendable. The food could improve a bit as most of the restaurants were closed but ultimately most rides were open. The good thing is that due to covid, the lines for the rides weren’t very long. I’d go back for sure especially as the weather improves in Dubai.

Its a must visit place in Dubai. Its clean and green and then of course thrilling rides.  It has been designed to take guests on a visual experience through the ages from a medieval French village, featuring outdoor Mediterranean style dining and iconic landscapes. I would definitely go back again.

Great fun for kids as long as they are over a certain height. Lots of eateries options as well.

Sensational family focused theme park!As with all the Dubai parks, Motiongate is well presented, fabulously clean and filled with entertaining rides and facilities for the whole family! Everywhere you look there is rides, attractions and just a depth of detail; it makes for a sensational day out!The how to train your dragon ride was a standout for my little ones!!!Only odd part is how quite the entire park was... great for lining up for rides, just odd in terms of feeling largely alone in the park!!!Strong recommend from me!!!

The park is not as expected as before.. queues is so long from 40 minutes to more than 2 hours and the service very slow due to less employees on the sites without any number restrictions of attendants.. and 80% of Resturant in the Riverland closed... don’t waist your time and money

Very large place for cartoons games and adventures. If you want to compare between this place and Warner Brothers, I will go with Warner Brothers, but both of them come from the same concept. Tons of games and adventures are there, the waiting time if unbelievable! You can enjoy your way, and you have to start earlier to spend as many hours as you can.

I believe better than any other theme parks in the world. Amazing rides, huge installations, beautifully crafted sculptures and 4D rides make it more interesting to visit.

Marvellous theme park both indoor and outdoor activities, due to covid protocols que time are extended, operators sanitize every seat on every ride turn, all rides are exhilarating. National day discount makes it cheaper. Bus service every hour DRR1 from Ibn Batuta bus stop 4 near metro. Rides for all age group, overweight ppl may be asked to skip few rides if it does not locks them safely.

A lovely place to have a retreat and forget everything about your regular mundane life. A place to get back to the good old days meeting all your favorite characters from your favourite animated movie. Enjoying the rides that fill you with a rush of adrenaline and get you invigorated instantly.

Thrilling rides at motiongate catering to all older children and adults. Children upto 6 years can barely enjoy any ride here. You have to wait with the small child till the other adult finishes the ride. Spacious theme park with all safety measures in place. Dreamland has the best rides. Overall, an enjoyable place to visit if you have older children.
