Human care team was quite professional. They kept us posted on each and every matter and we were kept in loop till our patient was transferred from dubai Icu to Mumbai Icu. The team made all the arrangements and handed over the reports and the patient to the Intensivist in Mumbai hospital. The admin staff in dubai to the nurses in the ambulance and the accompanying Doctor, they took good care of the patient who was in critical condition. God bless the team for their efforts.

Honestly 5 star cant due justice to the level of treatment and care I received, I was in direct contact with mr mansoor and he was updating me and assuring things are running smoothly. Basically i was planing to move my bed written mother from dubai to abudhabi in the middle of pandemic mr mansoor arranged to get the covid test in a hospital was able to get the results fast when the normal procedure of the hospital was 3 working days i used their services to move my mom from the house to the hospital and was able to take the test in the ambulance which was a relief, then again on moving day mr mansoor him self came and checked on everything made sure we are ready and the staff was ready as well and alhamdlah everything ran smoothly, I highly recommend them they answer fast able to handle the amount of consistent calls and messages i made and was always answer with optimistic attitude .
