Seem friendly and professional however they placed two second hand valves on the new CO2 cylinders/valves I had ordered and paid for. Both valves had been drilled out at the thread so couldn’t be used! They gave no explanation for why the new valves had been swapped for old, very disappointed with their service and integrity.
