Incompetent Sales staff - both sales guys under the company Whatsapp number. I wasted an hour on the phone and whatsapp describing on the details of the job which needed to be done regarding sound proofing a window. They made a quotation on the phone. They told me they will send a technician.. A month later still no phone call, message, or visit. When I contacted them again they told me that it is not possible to do the job due to a false ceiling.. which is something they saw right away on the pics a month ago. Not serious, very poor customer service. Stay away from this company.

I placed an order with them to build a glassroom in my garden and windows for villa. Great coordination between the sales, design and implementation teams. The actual look is just what I approved in the 3D design. They kept me in the loop for all updates and I got a great value for my money!Thumbs up 👍🏻 both looks and works great!

I decided to go with this company to do my backyard aluminum door. The process went very straightforward and professional. In less than 5 days the work was done considering the wall breaking and tailoring the door. Quality is awesome With far competitive pricing. Very supportive. Highly recommend.

Zealcon were a great find. Their quote was extremely reasonable and they stuck to the estimated timelines for delivery of the window and sliding door units. The quality of windows for the price is very decent and when I had an issue with draught and noise coming from one of the sliding doors they sent technicians round to fit brushes and adjust the locking mechanism and other items to ensure it was completely resolved. All in all I am extremely happy with their product and service so far and would recommend immediately to others. Thanks team!

It was the worst experience in Dubai. The selling of the project was very nicely done by the manager, everything was explained in details and looked professional at the beginning. But when windows were manufactured and workers came for installation it became a disaster. First they shattered one of the windows to millions of little pieces in the garden and we couldnt use grass for walking any more, had to be changed. The doors in complete closed position were with the slots that you can put finger inside. And workers couldnt get why I was disappointed. They manufactured windows inside my garden, claiming that it is to heavy to bring it back. Other big window was found scratched during transportation and had to be replaced. They wanted to manufacture it again in my garden, but after previous bad experience that was not allowed. Instead they destroyed some garden staff whilst dragging the window out. Quality of glass and handles is very cheap. The main purpose of windows was soundproofing. This was not achieved to satisfaction.

Without a doubt, this was the best experience I had regarding all my office work in Dubai. The selling of the glass partition works was handled professionally by the manager and every detail was explained to my satisfaction. When the glass was manufactured and ready for delivery, I was informed on time. Although there was a little delay for delivery but I was informed accordingly beforehand to avoid any inconvenience. The doors opened and closed seamlessly upon installation and frosting stickers were beautifully carved by professional people. Even though I had my own cleaners on site, I was pleased to see the ethical professionalism of Zealcon team who insisted on cleaning the site themselves for all the glass partition areas and I couldnt be more happy. Throughout the whole process I was constantly bought into touch with one of the sales representative Ms. Catherine who was happy to update me on all the process and answered any questions that I had. Overall I had a great experience with your company and would definitely recommend you to other people as well. The main purpose was to add an aesthetically good looking and working glass partitions and was achieved to its utmost satisfaction. Thank you once again Zealcon, youre the best!

I had my beautiful gazebo installed by Zealcon. Pricing wise it’s fine when you compare it to their quality of products. And from personal experience I would always choose quality over cheap pricing. It’s a very spacious and ambient place for my family gatherings. Thanks to their extra efforts for completing it well in time before my parents had to come so I could surprise them and also thanks for being available for me after office hours for extra support and listening to all my questions 😀I will recommend Zealcon to people who’re looking for quality 👍🏻

They manufactured windows at factory and came for fixing in my garden very quickly, Other big window were found smooth and completely sealed as they promised, they took care of all windows during transportation and at the time of fixing as well. Quality of glass and aluminium is very good. The main purpose of windows was soundproofing. This was achieved to satisfaction.
