Very bad experience, my first time, the driver was 30 min late with no update on the arrival time. After he was in the area, it took us many phone calls to get the fueling done, the driver kept calling and asking about things already mentioned in the app, am pretty sure they don’t read the comments we put!Decided to give them a 2nd chance, again the driver didn’t read the comments, couldn’t find my car; took a picture of the road where am not parked and canceled the order saying car was parked in an unsafe place. Not to mention they were late again!
