Appalling! If you go for electrolysis for approx 6 hairs and they miss critically important dark/long ones, which you notice the very next day in the light, they want you to pay again. Not only have they missed one long and one dark hair, less than 24 hrs earlier, but you have the inconvenience and they want you to handover another 150AED because the practitioner, didnt see it. Its not as if the hairs wouldnt have been there the day before! No apology, no sorry that you have to make a special trip to come back, just pay again as we will have to use another needle. An absolute rip off!

Rude & Arrogant Customer Service !I made a call to Lesprit Medical Clinic for an appointment with their clinic manager, the lady who took the call was so rude and cut the call in such a bad way !!As a customer service person you are not supposed to be arrogant to anyone who called for whatever reason.

They dont have time for costumers.........Very busy Clinic......been calling for a Appointment since 3 months......just 1 call back...that too to inform that they dont have time :(
