Most horrible experience! Arrogant and deceiving travel consultantsI had applied for a visa and when I called two days later I was informed by the travel consultant that she had forgotten to apply. But it would be ready before the passenger travelled. A day before the arrival I was only given several time lines.So I made a personal visit to their office only to find out that the consultant had left for the day without giving me an update on the visa status. When asked for the managers email he gives the general contact details.The colleague on duty then told me that the immigration office was closed until 9am the following morning.I waited an hour in the office only gathering false information, I came home and a few calls later found that the immigration office was open 24/7 and all the needed was the application number to check the visa progress.When the travel consultant was addressed he said it was too late to get the application number as he was out of the office!I wouldnt recommend this company to anyone

Applied for tourist visa which was expected to be delivered the same day as we had exited the country but we had to wait at the airport for almost 12 hours after landing and the visa never arrived for next few days. They booked the cheapest possible flight to Muscat and charged 1100 AED per head for the service. 450 flight + around 500 for visa and rest is in their pocket. They dont even know how to make an invoice with detailed cost listing. If you are looking for a visa change in one day then this is not the place. This happened when I was dealing directly with their so called Manager Ali.

Good service... i think there is new staffs .. very attractive visa and ticket rates.

Worst service ever .staffs are arrogant and giving false information about visa process. They wasted our 10 days and extreme bad customer service

Bad service dishonest staff I have experience we had been hold at the airport for two days cause the visa didnt come as they promise 4-6 hours. they are just not good at all. if ur looking for a travel agency go to Cosmos.
