We had Pro Maxcare team do a full AC clean in our apartment. From the first moment of speaking with their supervisor to the last minute of inspecting their work I can only compliment them. They are on time, organized, professional and deliver as per their promises. AC filters, coil, blower, ducts was deep cleaned and sanitized and we breath now fresh air. I received calls and chat from their customer care department and its really helpful to complete the job on time. This fact and the quality of their work are really impressive! Was recommended the services by a friend, obtained deep cleaning services first and then signed up for annual contract after I saw the professional and detailed work done by the team. On my second annual contract now for deep cleaning of fabrics and have also had AC duct cleaning service done. The team go out of their way to do a thorough job and are professional. I have told them often that if they start offering regular home cleaning services, I would sign-up immediately for that as well.

Right from the Tele sales personnel to the sales manager for the demo to team executing the services to the after sales support; everything works like clock work precision with customer service and professionalism as core values. Our HVAC duct cleaning and service was performed for a full day and the team was on time, in full PPE. They prepared the whole house by laying plastic sheets on walls and on ground so as not to dirt the house. Cleaning the units and filters and ducts does take a lot of time but the results were terrific. Small after job issues which required a repeat visit but the team very promptly send their technician and solved the issue in a jiffy. Looking forward to their deep cleaning services shortly.
