This is not just regular work, these are a team of experts who just do understand exactly what needs to be don, you dont even have to worry about explaining to them what you need to do, they will review what you have and will blow your mind with the results. Just moved to Abu Dhabi and contacted them for tile polishing and grout recoloring. The floor looks outstanding after the work they did! Very friendly and responsive staff. The grout had some minor gaps, which they fixed. Be ready to mop the tile after the grout painting dries, a couple of days after they’re done, but you will be very happy with the results.

Michael and his team were a joy to deal with. I hired Enviro for leather sofas cleaning. I was given an estimate prior to the booking. The day of the service they showed up on time. They cleaned my leather sofas and the results were not what I was expecting. I was at work and my nanny sent me pictures. I was looking for a drastic change that I did not see in the before and after pictures. Of course I was upset and I brought it up with them. What I really liked about them that they educated me. I did not know that expensive leather doesnt shine up like cheaper vinyl material when cleaned. They did their best to clean my sofas and recommended I can try restoration of leather, which I will look into. Not only they educated me, they offered 50 percent discount on the service because I did not get the results i saw in some of the online pictures posted on their website. It is no fault of the company; I need to have realistic expectations. I truly appreciate their honesty. I am very thankful for the price reduction they offered as well as it was unsettling for me to pay full fee for not so optimal results. I am also now aware that expensive leather ages differently and I will have more realistic expectations the next time around. I will surely use this business again as they have retained me as a long term customer for any other services I may need. Thank you Enviro! I highly recommend this business.

We chose enviro clean for sofa cleaning. Robbie is very professional, avoiding false promises on the results but still did his best and result was a clean sofa without stains. He was on time, very professional with his work. He is also careful with mask - he works always mask on.

After the first visit last year, I would have given Enviro Clean a full 5 stars without hesitation. I was dealing with Michael and he was awesome, really kind and helpful and professional. We were really happy with the AC clean and had zero issues afterwards. I had recommended these guys personally to friends after that first visit.Unfortunately the second visit was very different...Firstly, our clock and some glasses were knocked off a shelf. The edge of the clock was badly damaged, and one particular glass we brought back from Prague that had high sentimental value was smashed to pieces. It was disappointing to come home to find the damage and not be told about it when it happened. We were offered a discount for the damage which I appreciated, but in reality to replace the glass would mean a return flight to Prague, which the discount didnt cover. Accidents like this happen though, were all human, and I would not have left a low star review if that had been the only thing that was an inconvenience from this second visit.Next came the blocked AC drains... you would assume when you are paying for a full AC unit clean, this would include the AC drains. A couple of days after the clean, our bedroom AC tray started overflowing, flooding the bathroom. We had to get our building maintenance to fix it as we needed the bedroom AC to work at night, and Enviro hadnt seen our message in time to send someone before we went to bed. Building maintenance told us the AC drain was blocked and full of gunk from the clean. Enviro just ignored my other messages questioning why the drain was full of gunk straight after I had paid for a full clean. Paying twice to have the drains cleared, when that should have been done during the full AC unit clean, was not cool.Not long after that, our bath drain was blocked. When we unblocked it, it was full of meal fibres from the AC clean. Again, messages about it were ignored.Now, about a month after the clean, the living room AC (which we use less than the bedroom AC) has overflowed and flooded the guest bathroom. AC overflow has never happened in the seven-plus years we have lived in this apartment, and I certainly wouldnt expect it so soon after a full AC clean. I didnt bother to try to contact Envrio this time as Im sure my messages would just be ignored again. This was another extra cost to get this drain cleared by building maintenance.Even though we dont get replies personally, I wont be surprised if they reply on here as it is public. From what Ive seen, the replies tend to shift the blame somewhere else if its not a 5 star review. I wont be surprised if there is a way that we are at fault for this series of problems 🤷‍♀️

This is the second time I used Enviro Clean.First time, it was 9 months ago, we agreed on price for my 8 siter sofa. and every thing went well.2 weeks ago, I requested them ago. They sent me Price List. I asked if it is possible to keep same price of last year if possible and they agreed. Then I was waiting for them. They have postponed twice the appointment at the last minute. Finally when the person came, he came late by 30 min. He explained me that he is paid based on commission and he is not accepting to make the work for that amount. I tried to call back the Head Office, the number on their web page to get explanation. No one was answering and finally they send a SMS asking to stop calling them since it is harassment. This is very frustrating situation.

The Enviro Clean UAE are an inventive bunch of beautiful young guys whom perform beautifully and are on point with everything they do. From the moment I contacted them, friendly, natural and completely honest. They have been at my home twice in the last 2 months. First time was the mattresses, headboards and sofas. Didn’t miss a beat. No excessive water, no mess at all, they cleaned up as they went. There was a black berry stain on one headboard and they were completely fair with me and said they tried their best but didn’t come out, after a while I wasn’t expecting a miracle so fair play to them for trying.Next visit was the air con and I mean every single corner that we cannot see but we breathe. The videos are amazing. House smells so fresh and mosquitoes gone!If you want someone to come into your home and take care of you, this is the only company I would appreciate and recommend.

Please read this before!I had booked this company to carry out AC duct cleaning. I organized 3 other apartments to be done at the same time.Our scheduled time was 9am. Before this we have been communicating via whatsapp. On the day of the booked service I tried calling them 1h before but no answer. I did a total of 8 calls and 3 whatsapp messages but no reply.At 10.30 they replied saying they are coming. At this time I had already given up on them because of the no show and no contact and was not home anymore.All 4 apartments cancelled the cleaning due unprofessional behaviour.The company replied saying they were not at the office and then later said they did not have my phone number. They had my whatsapp as well as my number from which I called 1h before the appointment.Ps. This is not an opinion but simply an observation of what happened.

We understand your frustration, our team tried their best to get to you on time.CharlieAs we discussed earlier it was not the border crossing that was the issue. The issue was no communication from your side. I cancelled other appointments and waited for your company to show up for almost 2h. I tried numerous times and ways to contact you but you did not reply. No mention that you were late and then giving excuses due to border crossing, no phone number etc.What made matters even worse was that after waiting for nearly 2h I had to leave my home to take care of errands. As I was out your team reached the site but you sent the team away without informing me because I was not at home. Instead of communicating with the customer you cancelled the service. On top of the first no communication failure you decided to make matters worse.When I managed to get a hold of you on the phone asking If you could finish the job you were arrogant and did not try and find a resolution.I understand this world situation brings all sorts of inconveniences and hurdles to overcome but this is not an excuse to your behaviour. This is the reason for the 1 star review.
