Very bad product for commercial vehicles, daily i have to replace refrigeration unit compressor for my vehicles. when speaking to the sales staff he tells this is the best product and from the service they are telling from the sales they had given improper product for the vehicles. fed up with the product.. never recommending to anyone.

When searching for selection of A/C for my villa in Al Ain, I called your office in Al Ain and they directed me to deal with their dealers for buying the A/C. I think carrier will lose a lot because I heard of bad services and maintenance from some friends, I had switched my selection to different a/c brand. I believe Carries should not outsource this to dealers who are not qualified.

Complaint number 1155582. The cashier was very careless and most importantly she was very rude.Double charged for 3 items.It is such a shame that a big company like this which close their yearly revenue in billions by mis charging their customers.....
