DO NOT work with this company. they will take your money and not fix your job, then they will avoid your calls or hangup on you if they answer by mistake. this is a complete rip off

Used their other branch with same website. (website shut down). What a sham. 2 guys in street clothes spend 3 hours here giving improper estimate and did not even service units as paid for! Then he said he would send someone back to do proper service and did not. Will not answer my messages even though he has read them. Took a part from my AC and will not return it! The guys even asked me to feed them dinner, which I did. I treated them with trust and respect and they shafted me! Horrible and false customer service. And now their website has been suspended. Use them at your risk.

The most unprofessional company! the workers come in smelly street clothes, do a makeshift job, charge exorbitant rates, then avoid your calls. they dont give any paperwork or receipts for work done. or invoices. complete scam. im surprised they are allowed to operate in a city like Dubai.

WARNING!!! This is a scam. Do not use this company. They came for a night call, charged 700 dhs. did not fix the ac. after several phone calls and complains they still did not send someone to fix the issue. and now they are ignoring our calls or hanging up if we call from a different number.

They claimed that they fixed the AC and that it will just take 24 hours and work, they charged me 500 DHS and AC isnt working and they are ignoring my calls for the past 1 week

We are beyond disappointed and frustrated by those scammers, they were supposed to come and fix our ac and they ruined it, the condition it is in now is much worst than before. 1) they did not provide a receipt 2) when we tried calling them, they did not respond and they kept talking about one another and throwing blames, which was very unprofessional 3) they ruined our ac 4) took payment and are not willing to come back and fix it 5) they put u on hold and then close the phone.... when we told them to come and fix it, as we paid, they spoke in a vey bad manner. we are even doubting if this company is legit because no company would do that. We do not recommend them AT ALL!

Wrote them on their Whatsapp number to get in touch as a new client and get a quote to change our entire AC system. They read the message but simply ignored it and did not reply... A sign that they dont need new clients. So dont bother writing them and save your time.
