I asked them to print each photo into 6 by and and they informed okay and they cut the photographs while delivering, I suspect that they print 2 photos together to save the printing cost, I paid for 40 photos and they print 20 photos and charged me for 40.. I was disappointed

Spare yourself the trouble and absurd prices and dont go here. Unprofessional. I had one of the worst experiences with Rose Studio. Firstly, be prepared to overcome the mountainous language barrier when speaking with the so called designer. I had barely visited them for what seemed to be a simple task - printing 3 photos in custom sizes to fit the frames that I took with me. NO, they proved me that it was no simple task - they blamed me for buying my own IKEA frames - called it China frames. They ruined the photo print borders and messed up photo size while cutting and then asked me to pay for a reprint (which they waved off after a lengthy blame game). Upon reprinting, they even asked me to come and cut it myself, in fear of messing up again. This exact scene was repeated within the next 3 days (as the larger photo print was coming from elsewhere). They lost my USB in the bargain and it DID NOT BOTHER them much that they lost a customers item. NEVER going back here again even if this is the last studio in Karama.

The price is very high and the service is not upto the expectations . Per photos they charge too much and theyll insist to take more pictures to get discount which is also higher as compared to other studios. They purposely take more photos to choose from and at end , make people pay more.Not recommended

Its an all-in one store if you want to present a gift to your loved one. Flowers, message card, teddy bear, mugs and photo frames are some of the options. Printing and photo shoot is their profession. Recently I saw you can convert your photos to a painting as well.

Recently I had a photo shoot here. I loved the ambience and lighting was great. There was enough equipment at this studio for basic photo-shoots. I highly recommend this studio and will surely be back when I need more photo-shoots.

Smells bad. My personal experience is not that good. I needed a photo in business attire which I did not have. They created it my photo shopping and it became a material for laugh. A big head on a small shoulder. And for all that they took 50 AED.

Very bad service. There’s a good chance the one florist at the shop is having his lunch break; especially when you’re on a hurry.To make things worse, you’d call the corporate office to hear the same story. Not acceptable.

Horrible experience! Passport photos are over priced, 50 dhs for 4 photos while you can get 12 photos for 45 dhs at fast photo across the road (literally across the road). The guy managing the studio is not very professional and just trying to get money out of the customer right left and centre, not the way forward to grow a customer base. They took 2 shots of me and then chose 1 and printed it, I asked if I could have a soft copy of the second one on my USB and they asked me to pay another 50 dhs just to upload it to my memory stick!!! Id not recommend the place to anyone...find another studio if you want quality photos at a reasonable price.
