Ive worked with the Nexa team for more than a year and all I can tell is that they are just amazing. Beside being creative, they are very flexible and never decline any request even if its not part of their contracts scope of work. Gary and Tamara were managing our social media accounts, answered to our customers always on time (day and nights), created amazing content, brought a lot of ingenious solutions.When needed, their director used to come to our monthly meeting to make sure that we were happy with their work.I highly recommend this agency!

I have been working with the team at Nexa now for the last 6 years.  They started off building my website which led to them running my SEO and google campaigns.  Last year I purchased HubSpot on their recommendation and couldnt be happier.  Great team and highly knowledgeable, just takes the headache away from worrying about my digital marketing.

Wasted one year with them, first initial meetings was great, met Sam he was helpful, then after that I was assigned to account manager which she had no knowledge about digital marketing, the whole experience was very frustrating, not seeing clear result, it felt like my monthly small money I was paying was thrown to bin, even though Im very aware for SEO it will not show immediately, but 1 year waiting is more than enough.Communication was very bad through out, I took my complaint to the highest management! owner was very straight to the appoint, helpful abit, he apologised but never heard anything after that, and I was sent to deal with the same people again, account manager couldnt really care about losing a client or two, maybe they have too much on their plate.what was delivered was absolutely appalling, for 3400AED monthly. I could of simply paid 10% to someone in india for some back links (as that what I was getting in return) and I would of got treated better at least.high up management are from U.K. front face. then when you sing up, you will be left to deal with (cheap labour) that didnt really care about their daily job, didnt care about what the client wanted, and most important couldnt communicate because they dont know much about digital marketing, and they were hired as account managers?that was my experience with Nexa digital for the 12 months I was with them, I tried to be as helpful as I can for the next person might be willing to outsource them.

Terrible agency! Did not deliver all the items that were clearly mentioned in the scope of work.Also, its pathetic that their own employees account for some of the reviews on here.If I could give less than one star I would.
