Few months ago, While we were looking for an agency to develop our website, we contacted about 20 companies in Dubai. But Happenize was the only company that really understood our requirement. I had a word with their Business Development Manager, Mr. Muhammad and for the first time there really was someone who understood my business well. He then presented their proposal in a professional way. I was impressed by the amount of detailing and creativity of the proposal.The team is proactive. The project manager was constantly making sure he delivered in time and the Business Development Manager kept in touch with me, ensuring the project was on track and making sure I was happy with the progress. The website looks great. We have also signed up with them for our Digital Marketing campaigns and as expected, the team is doing a great job. I was able to see a return of investment in mere 4 months time.In short, it has been a great journey right from the first time I spoke to these guys and they have kept up the great work. They are total cheaters, Stay away from them, I place an e-commerce website order with them in the month of Sep 2019 my website still not delivered, they are not even refunding my amount. I have all proof of payment I pay AED8000 by cheque number 85647964 of NBD bank. they not even receiving my calls and not responding to my emails. I dealt with Mr. Ahmed. I called him directly he said he is not working with Happenize any more contact them directly. What I Do please guide me.

The worst company to ever deal with for website. Unfortunately, I gave them a chance for one of my businesses. They are very unprofessional (company and people), once the marketing manager took the payment and got the contract signed he disappeared, never to be heard of again. He left my project in the hands of someone who could not finish a company website for 10 months! They always make excuses to avoid meetings in person, and even if they do miraculously make it to the meeting, they will never be on time (typically 1-2 hours late). Constant delays with very slow response is a norm for this company. As a customer I had to constantly chase them and follow up for months. Now, the new designer is following the same routine of delays. They will never refund so be very careful before you make any payments to this company. They do not have enough staff, from what I can see, and the owner never contacts the customers, he/she probably has no clue what is happening and how this company is run in Dubai. Very unfortunate and pathetic experience with Happenize. Save your time and money, rather go to a well known and reputable company for your website! They will damage your company image with the way they work.

Fraud, lying, inefficient, scam artist, with no creativity and poor technical knowledge. It took them 1 month longer than the 2 months promised timeline to set up my website, and now that I have my own web designer, I know the templated website they set up for me takes 2 days to do. The hosting server they gave me was unauthentic, and every time we logged into emails we got the error saying certificates are not valid. This caused all our emails to get delivered to spam folders. They promise you 24/7 support, but that excludes weekends, and 80% of the week, they are in meetings. They will push to sell whatever to you, and half of the stuff doesnt work. The account manager would tell me something, and 5 minute later act as if we have never spoken about it. After months of chasing and ending up with half designed websites, I hired my own web designer, bought my own server, and migrated and redesigned everything. And yes, they charged way more than market going price. If you want the worst start to your company, use them, otherwise, run. I cannot believe companies like them are allowed to go on and find poor unsuspecting souls to scam and carry on. The worst company I have dealt with in my 29 years in Dubai and 18 years of professional experience. I hope they shut down cause I dont think anyone should suffer what I did at their hands.

I was looking for an e-commerce web-site developer and i saw a advertisement on google which states that starts from @2750 and i reached them as it was at the top of the pageOne of the representative informed me that it will cost me hell lot more them this and their basic price was no where near to this. I was shocked as i have seen the price(2750)on google adds. When i told the representative that i have seen your google add words he said it is impossible andlaughed hard at me as if i was a Moron! , said we are an international company we had build some big and GIANT sites(whatever)A good E-commerce site may cost 30k$ or even more but they aretotally lying (what they are doing)misleading , false commitment, cheating and fraud sp be careful dealing with these type of peopleHere is the screen shot

When I first talked with Happenize team, I was impressed with their “can-do” attitude for ourproject (it was a pretty big project), and their willingness to understand and meet ourstandards- both budgetary and creative. From new requirements popping up, to endmoment alterations, the overall experience was highly result oriented and positive.

I paid them to design our company logo. Simply, they screwed it. They lack lots of things. They are not organized and therefore not follow any procedure, I did speak to their customer service rep, he admits they lack a systematic approach to align what the customer wants and what is the final output. BANG !!!I was told that i would get logo design options in 3 days time and what happened was on 4th day they gave me a PLAIN writing literally done on MS Word. And, then they asked for extension of deadline. Again, what they delivered was rubbish.Now, going back to first point; they dont follow a processes, steps in handling customers. They never called me back to ask what exactly went wrong and that they want learn from a mistake. They never did. My money gone with the wing !!!!I had to engage another company to finish the logo design. INGIC is the name !!! I really recommend HAPPENIZE to learn from INGIC. (if they ever want to survive).The names of the people I dealt with from Happenize; Syed who apparently reports to Ayesha. I have full history of Whatsapp messages that I can share with the Happenize owner who states my review is fake. I have hard and rigid proofs for whatever I said in the review. Some folks cannot digest criticism. If I were the Happenize Owner I would just call the customer and apologize instead of shamelessly claiming that this review is fake. My AED210 as advance payment went to their books, and I still have the Invoice Number: HPN-2018-00024. Shameless!!!
