We worked on a website project together with Grafdom, led by account manager Fazreen. Fazreen was exceptional. He ensured that we had a smooth transition from designing our website, translating it and launching it. He was always responsive and had great knowledge.

I had a really great experience working with the team at Grafdom. The photographer was very professional, on time, encouraging and gave great tips on video format and overall appearance. He also did an amazing job with editing and adding some graphics to the final edit. Overall, highly recommend.

I am writing this letter to say how impressed I am with your customer service and commitment @ Medarabia , and specifically, Miss Ejie Niez.I wanted to make some changes to my profile since there were a few corrections to be made as far as specialty, training and procedures offered.I contacted Miss Ejie, and she responded very quickly first by phone and then thru whatsapp.I raised my concerns and within less than 30 mins she had made the requisite changes both on the general website by adding the new specialty with definitions in my profile.I also again contacted her later regarding specialty lists,  I felt I should be on because of my training and education.She again responded quickly to my concerns, figured out the solutions and implemented them rapidly, and made the requisite changes.She would always ask if I had anymore concerns, and I found her to be extremely professional and competent.These kind of people reflect the managements commitment to service and dedication. I really like to say about the moments they captured on our Annual Get together. Each photo bring us back to the event and it is very nice. Each photo looks live and the photographer clicked the smile on each person.

Very bad service, no creativity. We had to come up with the logo design ideas, and they would either change the color, or just replicate it in a very mediocre and basic way. We then ended up getting a different designer that gave us a beautiful 3 dimensional logo free of charge, and the 2000 dhs that we spent for this terrible company has gone to waste. The logos were ugly, basic, lack luster, nothing special. This company claims to have incredible designs, but all of that is just lies, please don’t fall it and waste your money.
